HIRING OF SUITABLE CAPACITY TRAILER WHICH CAN PLY AT HILLY TERRAIN WITH BRIDGE COMPONENTS/ OTHER EQUIPMENT/ MATERAIAL ETC. AS REQURIED FOR STEEL BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION WITH ONE DRIVER & ONE KHALASI (EACH TRAILER) IN BETWEEN BR. NO. 15, 19, 64, 104, SAIRANG YARD & BAIRABI YARD IN THE STATE OF MIZORAM. (MAINTENANCE CHARGE MAJOR/MINOR WILL BE BORNE BY THE AGENCY)
Rate should be quoted per trailer per month basis. Rate should be inclusive of all taxes & duties but exlcuding GST.
2 nos. Trailer to be deployed at site simultaneously or as per site requirement
Payment will be made on monthly basis.
Any deviation of the above quotation will be treated as cancelled.
Loading and unloading will be done by BBJ
Each vehicle should be provided with appropriate communication system for monitoring movement.
Payment terms –Within 45 days after receipt of monthly hire charges bill duly certified by SIC of the respective project site.
Immediate commencement with 48 hrs notice for deploying vehicle.
The trailer will have working range of 90 Km radius and work duration of 12 hours Additional payment on pro-rata basis shall be paid for extra working hours
Agency have to provide one driver (each trailer) and one Khalasi (each trailer) with valid driving license and other necessary documents as per relevant MV act of Government of Mizoram/Other Govt. Authorities
BBJ will provide fuel i.e. Diesel on the basis of 1 Lit/1.5 Km during contractual period. Lubricant & Oils to be supplied by agency without any cost to us.
Trailer must be suitable to carry 13 meter long girder, rail, crane component etc.
