Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Polished (Lakha Red Granite) Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. G.I. pipes including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet slidingshutters, with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, 25 mm dia pulley, 40x40x6 mm angle and Tiron guide at the top and bottom respectively, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with ion all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
