Isolating, disconnecting and transporting the LT Servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA to workshop for repair, strip opening of stabilizer for inspection and ascertaining the defects for repair & cleaning, servicing all serviceable acessories, replacement of worn out parts, including reassembling after repairs, preparation of surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and marking SM/MES No., transporting back to site, reinstallation and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Labour for replacement of spares shall be deemed to be included under this item.

Supply only digital voltmeter 0 to 500 volts 96 x 96mm, flush type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT current transformer ratio as per existing rating as suitable for servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PCB card/ plate for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA, of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only insulation transformer oil toping up, into voltage stabilizer of different capacity, with superior quality insulating oil BDV not less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for dehydration of transformer oil upto BDV not less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cast iron dimmer gear set for automatic voltage correction capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only micro limit switch with cam lever for servo stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only servo motor, synchronous type, of torque capacity 30 Kg for automatic voltage correction, suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA to 350 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only servo dimmer 200 Amps/ booster coil for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only carbon brush with holder assembly for servo stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA of type and make as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital ammeter of existing range and size 96 x 96mm, flush type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only over load relay suitable for 100 to 200 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out old unserviceable earting and providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly on ground earth pit n. less than 2.25 m deep below the ground bend with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers of galvanised steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia for protection of earth strip and GI wire etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connecting with earth testing point and testing on completion; complete all as specified and directed. Note:- On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost.

S & F in repairs 4 pole busbar box, outdoor type, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, of suitable size, with 4 Nos Al busbar of 200 Amp capacity including 125 Amps 4 pole MCCB for connecting heavy duty XLPE cables of upto 3.5 core 150 sqmm as incoming and two outgoing cables including suitable sizes of lugs, glands nuts, bolts & washers with insulation suitable for fixing on ground with suitable angle iron frame above ground level with minimum clearence of 50 cm including excavation & PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCCB, 415 volts, 320 Amp, of breaking capacity 50 KA, 4 pole, removing MCCB from LT panel /APFC Panel board after carefully disconnecting the electric connections and including all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCCB, 415 volts, 250 Amp, of breaking capacity 25 KA, 4 pole, removing MCCB from LT panel /APFC Panel board after carefully disconnecting the electric connections and including all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCCB, 415 volts, 160 Amp, of breaking capacity 18 KA, 4 pole, removing MCCB from LT panel /APFC Panel board after carefully disconnecting the electric connections and including all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCCB, 415 volts, 125 Amp, of breaking capacity 18 KA, 4 pole, removing MCCB from LT panel /APFC Panel board after carefully disconnecting the electric connections and including all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panels of any size & capacity including angle iron frame and fencing, by removing dust and other deposited material by scraping, applying two coats of paint over a coat of redoxide primer of suitable/ existing colour by spray painting to all inner & outer surfaces of panel and fencing and black colour to angle iron frame including clearing surrounding area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for loose filling with aggregates, broken stone or boulders, of gauge 12.5 mm in LT panel yard sub stn, including cutting/ cleaning bushes etc of surrounding areas complete all as specified and directed.

S & F electrical insulation mat of class B type blue colour at all electrical installations complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 400 Amps capacity on load changeover switch, matching as per model existing on site, changing defective lugs upto 400 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 250 Amps capacity on load changeover switch, matching as per model existing on site, changing defective lugs upto 400 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs APFC panel super heavy duty cylindrical power capacitors of following capacities, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCCB spreader terminals suitable for MCCB of following capacities complete all as specified and directed.
