Following work for repairing and overhauling transformer cooling fan for system of 220/132 KV 160 MVA T/F-I installed at 220 KV S/S Bachhrawan, Raebareli. To be carried out with all cost of men material misc. consumable and T&P etc. required for the job as per requirement.
Job includes opening of 04 nos. 1200 W, 700 RPM 03 phase 415 V, 915 mm size cooling fan of the transformer rediater body, repairing and rewinding of damaged t/f cooling fan motor winding as per specified by using super enameld copper wire of standard gauge after dismantling, replacing both side bearing, bush and filling of grease and reinstallation of repaired cooling fan of transformer rediator also job includes to & fro carriage of colling fan from 220 KV S/S Bachhrawan to workshop .
Job includes opening of 02 nos. 1200 W, 700 RPM 915 mm size 03 phase 415 V transformer cooling fan of transformer radiator body, replacing both side, bearing, bush, old winding warnishing and minor overhauling after cooling fan dismantled, filling fresh grease and refitting transformer raditor body aslo job inlcudes to & fro carriage from 220 KV S/S Bachhrawan to workshop.
