MANNING AND OPERATION FOR MAINTENANCE TO AC PLANT OF 20 WING AREA AT AFS BAGDOGRA

Maintenance and operation of Air conditioning plat including its periodical maintenance such as filter cleaning and electrical meter checking etc with 24 hours operation for 01 Refg Mech and 01 helper for each shift 8 hrs) with suitable reliever for the following type /capacity ductable/mega split type and all as specified and all as per details given including submission of log sheet & documents weekly all as directed. Notes : (i) Necessary duty roster, log sheets, maint register/attendance register, payment documents be supplied, maint by the contractor & submitted weekly to JE incharge. (ii) Contractor will maintain the system at his own cost. (iii) Electricity, water, fuel & lubricant required for operation & maint shall be issued by department to the contractor 'Free of Cost". (iv) Each Semi Skilled operator/electrician (ITI) certificate holder or high school pass with an experience of 03 (three) years as any operator must be present in the whole & 8 hours shift and leave the installation only when the next operator attended the plant. (v) Operator will maintain related documents i.e. log sheet of AC Plants, DG set and breakdown register. (vi) Contractor will ensure that 'Life Insurance Certificate' of each operator/electrician/helper against any mis-hapening will be produced before commencement of work to the Engr-in-Charge. In case of any incident/accident of the operator/electrician/helper, contractor will solely be responsible and any clain what so ever on this account shall not be dimissible. (vii) In the event of absence of any tradesmen/helper/electrician/operator in any of the shift, contractor shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs. 1000.00 for the shift. (viii) The contractor will deploy one exeperience supervisor for supervision and taking instruction & submission of all documents & infoarmation regarding the activity of issue of required store to Engr-in-Charge. The cost of deployment of supervisore is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor against Item No. 1 .00 (ix) The contractor shall provide torch light/emergency light to the tradesmen in night duty hours. He will also provide the uniform shoe & name plate to the men deputed on duty and they will wear the same on duty. If he not then a recovery of Rs. 500/- per month per person will be made on contractor. (x) The contractor shall employ the FGM/Refg Mech/Operator/Helper only after police verification of his character and antecedents. (a) Ductable Spit type AC plant ( 3 unit of capacity 7.5 TR at DB No. 7, 3 unit of capacity 7.5 TR at DB No. 1 and 3 units of 5.5 TR ar DB No. 11) at WSA 20 Wing & DG Set at DB-11
