Supply and Erection of temporary Stainless Steel pipes along with strainer: study of working drawings including DCN/FCN/TAR, carrying out site survey for identification of erection location, taking out field measurements , preparing specification for strainers as per the field measurements, getting approval from NPCIL, Supply of stainless Y-type strainers of various sizes as per the approved specification including the stainless steel pipes of various sizes to match the strainer dimensions, Preparing of IMIR report, handling & shifting to the erection location, cutting and removal of already erected pipelines to match the strainer dimensions to be erected, erection , fit up & welding of strainer and temporary Stainless steel pipelines using GTAW/SMAW process and carrying out inspection, as per the drawings, and tender technical specification. This work also includes supply filler wire/electrode(ER347),arrangement of necessary man power, plant & machinery, tools & tackles, including all consumables, cleaning aids, arrangement of scaffolding purging arrangements(soluble/removal dams), cleaning the welded joint, preparation & submission of reports & as built drawings for acceptance and dismantling of temporary pipelines after flushing.

Fabrication and erection of stainless steel pipes and supplied strainers

Hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing of modified pipelines: Study of working drawings including DCN/FCN/TAR, survey of erected pipelines , checking for correctness with respect to the flow sheet , identification of testing loops ,preparation of hydro test scheme, collection of various reports such as line erection reports, line history sheets, welding inspection reports, NDE reports, as built drawings, from NPCIL in coordination with other erection agencies, carry out site survey for correctness as per the line erection report, preparation of circuit release report(CRR) and submission to NPCIL for further action. This work also includes supply of hydro test manifold, pumps, pressure gauges including calibration, safety relief valves, high pressure hoses, arranging man power, tools & tackles, arranging hydro test setup including blanking of the pipelines as per the approved scheme & shifting of the testing medium ( DM/ Potable water/ compressed air / nitrogen cylinder), performing hydro test/ pneumatic test of various sizes piping, after successful testing, draining the circuit, cleaning & drying the tested pipelines using hot air blowers, inspection , preparation of reports and submission for approval.

Supply of hydro test setup including: a) 1no of high pressure pump with pressure capacity of 25Mpa with flow capacity of 10LPM. b) 1no of filling pump of head capacity of 25 Meter and flow capacity of minimum 100 LPM. c) Test bench for mounting of pressure gauges and safety relief valves including high pressure retaining hoses as per tender technical specifications. Note: All the above items put together as 1 set

Hydrostatic/pneumatic testing of pipelines size up to and including 100 NB dia

Hydrostatic /pneumatic testing of pipelines size above 100 NB dia

Sealing of anchor fasteners erected on steel lined areas : Identification of location where Hilti anchor fasteners are fixed over liner plates, supply of carbon steel sleeve, erection of sleeve , fit up , welding using GTAW, inspection, supply and application of Hilti sealing compound C601S as per drawings and technical specification. This work also includes cleaning, providing tools, tackles, machinery, welding consumables like argon gas, filler wire, manpower etc. preparation of reports and submission for acceptance.

Sleeve dia up to 2 inch

Welding of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel components, dissimilar welding (liner, support, support stopper plate) using GTAW process with free issue of filler wire [RM]: The work includes fit up, welding of components using GTAW process, grinding, cleaning, visual inspection, including arranging required manpower, plant & machinery, consumables (filler wire will be free issue by NPCIL), tools & tackles etc as per drawings and tender specification. This includes similar and dissimilar welding of Fillet joint configuration of weld sizes up to 6mm.

Dye penetrant Testing of weld joints of various configurations (RM): Identification of the test area/joints, Pre-cleaning of parts and components on test area and post cleaning after testing, shifting of DPT consumable to location, Carryout dye penetrant Testing by ISNT/ ASNT level-II qualified personnel, generating reports and report analysis and submission to NPCIL, including arrangement of manpower, tools tackles & consumables completion of work as per the tender specification.

Vacuum box testing of the welding joints of various configurations (RM):Identification of the test area/joints, Pre-cleaning of joints on test area and post cleaning after testing, shifting of Vacuum box along with vacuum pump to location, carryout vacuum box Testing by ISNT/ ASNT level-II qualified personnel, generating reports and report analysis and submit to NPCIL for acceptance including arrangements of plant & machinery, manpower, tools tackles & consumables completion of work as per tender specification and drawing.

Erection and dismantling of scaffolding for weld joints inspection during hydro test: Erection of scaffolding using standard MS pipes cross supports, MS clamps, for making approach/ working platforms and removal of the scaffolding , after the completion of work including arrangement of man power, plant & machinery , tools & tackles, consumables, and completion of work as per tender specification and working drawings. Note: The base size (plan) & height of scaffolding erected shall be considered for the measurement. No inclined supports, lateral support bracing etc. projected beyond base size shall be considered in measurement for payment.

Machining of various components : Collection of material, handling, transportation to machine shop, machining the job as per requirements, drawings and technical specification, inspection, shifting back the job to the site, preparation and submission of reports for acceptance. This work also includes arrangement of required man power, machines, tools, tackles, transport equipment, consumables such as cooling agents, cleaning agents etc. Note: If the machining process involved multiple operations such as turning, drilling and milling, CC in each process will be calculated individually and cumulative value will be paid

Establishment of clean room condition

cleaning the floors by sweeping & mopping and collection of waste, disposal at designated area, removal of dust , unwanted sticking, foreign particles etc., from the surface of equipment, pipelines, valves, etc., and collection and removal of debris like wooden scrap, woods, paper, cement blocks, solid mortar, sand, soil, aggregate, cut pieces of wires/cable, waste sheets, etc. from various areas (inside and outside the buildings ) and disposal at designated location by trailer/Tata 407.This work will be on operation day basis. One operation day means completing the above jobs once in all the above area.

Collection of debris from outside of various buildings, loading the debris on the tractor trailer, carrying to the dumping yard, unloading the debris as instructed by Engineer during special occasions, preparation of report and submission for acceptance. This work includes providing tractor trailer, adequate manpower, hand tools & tackles.

Preparation of isometric drawings and as built drawings for piping systems, its submission and approval: The work includes study of layout drawing, site survey, identification of pipe routing, support location based upon site constraints, identification of support types (fixed, sliding), span, numbers, support design, preparation of as built drawings (Auto CAD or any suitable software after approval by NPCIL) & other reports with details of supports, weld joints, bill of material and submission of drawing for NPCIL approval.

Miscellaneous works: Carrying out miscellaneous activities like opening & tightening of equipment flanges / mechanical strainer flanges and replacing old gaskets with new gaskets, removing of debris from strainers, cleaning & re-assembling of mechanical strainers, valve opening/closing, removal of temporary piping for normalization of system for flushing works etc as per the NPCIL requirements, preparation of reports and submission for acceptance. This work includes arranging necessary manpower, tools & tackles, cleaning consumables etc
