M&L for Pre Polished Machine cut kota stone slab (Mirror finish) flooring 20-25 mm thick over and including cement screed base 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including roughening/complete scarification of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre Polished Machine cut Kota stone slab (Mirror finish) 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening/complete scarification of surfaces of old concrete floor or taking down plaster by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished green marble work 18 to 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, cupboards and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match including roughening/complete scarification of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 sq. m but not exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., and including filling hollow of frame with plain cement concrete and/or with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated including one shop coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, cla-use 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats including one shop coat of pink primer complete all as speicifed and directed.
