Providing AMC of DG Sets in Hospital Block and Academic Block if Dr. RKGMC Hamirpur at Jolsappar Distt Hamirpur (H.P)

Providing annual maintenance (routine, preventive, and breakdown) of 2 Nos. Diesel Generator Sets of 1250 KVA Cumins make complete with engine, alternator, AMF/control panel and allied systems, including a minimum of one preventive electromechanical service visit per month and attending all breakdown/SOS calls within the stipulated time, complete as per OEM recommendations and departmental specifications. The scope of work includes routine servicing, inspection, testing, adjustment, and maintenance of the engine and associated systems, such as checking for smooth running, abnormal noise/vibration, and exhaust smoke condition, as well as the inspection of the cooling system, radiator, fan assembly, belts, fuel system, lubrication system, coolant levels, air filters, exhaust system, valve tappet setting, fuel timing, and operational parameters for the satisfactory and reliable performance of the DG sets. The work also includes routine maintenance of the alternator and electrical systems, such as cleaning, greasing, and checking insulation condition, terminal connections, the wiring system, control wiring, alignment of the engine-alternator set, and servicing/testing of the Engine Control Panel and AMF Panel, including meters, indication lamps, relays, timers, contactors, alarms, trips, interlocks, and auto mains failure operation. Additionally, it includes maintenance of the battery system, such as cleaning terminals, checking electrolyte levels, the charging system, and specific gravity, as well as tightening all electrical/mechanical connections and fasteners. The scope further includes fault diagnosis, routine rectification, replacement of consumables and minor defective components required for the smooth functioning of the DG sets, and the submission of service reports/log sheets complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall also include the annual major preventive service as per the OEM maintenance schedule, functional testing, performance monitoring, and ensuring satisfactory operation of the DG set system complete in all respects.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Supplying of consumable items including Seal O-Rings - 4 Nos, Valvoline Premium Blue 7800 Plus 210 Ltr - 2 Nos, Kit Fuel Filter and Ring - 4 Nos, Kit Super Bypass Filter Element - 4 Nos, Strip Test - 2 Nos, Element Lube Oil Filter - 8 Nos, Corrosion Inhibitor - 2 Nos, Kit Air Cleaner Element - 4 Nos, battery electrolyte/distilled water, cleaning materials such as cloth, cotton waste, and approved solvents, contact cleaning spray for electrical components, grease for bearings and multipurpose applications as required, hose pipes (flexible small consumable lengths for maintenance), and Air Cleaner Element Kit, including all taxes, labour, and freight charges for preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance of 2 Nos 1250 KVA DG Sets complete with engine, alternator, and AMF panel, to be executed by the OEM or an authorized service agency, including supply, handling, and delivery at site, complete as required.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government
