Providing and laying upto floor two level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. But excluding cost of reinforcement in String courses coping bed plates anchor blocks plain windows sills and the like. including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .

Steel work hallow section in framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge (a) (b) in gratings, framed guard bars ladders railing brackets and similer works. including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .

In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .:

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .

1:3:6(1 Cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Backfilling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .

Providing and laying 100mm dia metre PVC pipe for wheep holes complete of approved quality Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .

Supplying and fixing galvanized steel bar- bed wire (IS. 278-1962 type-1) weighting 9.38kg/ 100 meter (minimum) strining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. As directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for separately. including carriage of materils within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge .
