40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed of drain and Floor/hardstanding including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in RCC cover slab,ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast reinforcement cement concreate 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded store aggregate) in manhole cover slabs and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 0.8 mm thick Mild Steel Plain, black sheet as in sides of man hole cover weleded to reinforcement as rqd and similar work., cut to size, etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel (TMT Bars) 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4, (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as lintel beams over 1.5 m span, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beam, etc, to rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Structural steel work including doors, gates,fencing but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, nothching for wire etc.flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc ) including all necessary drilling, bolting etc coforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 1.60 mm thick Mild Steel Plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work., cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including beading or turning up mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F framed work as in Doors or gates of angle or other section with Gusset plates,rails, braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheating or other covering Doors etc be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fitting & fastening complete as in Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality A)` complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling barwed wire fencing of any description and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire sataples or staples etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F concertina coil fixed on angle ironframe over RCC/Brick wall incl securing or laying at crossing with and provision of galvinised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified incl taking down old coil at any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning under floors as in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 80 mm thick M-40 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing demolished building material to a distance of 2.5 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination (for per load refer SSR 2010 section 21 page 462) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L granite or trap stone kerbstones(factory made), of size 20cm x 30cm dressed so that the maximum depression from straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6 mm for top and exposed surface of side and 20 mm for the rest of surface joineted in cement mortar 1:6 and stuck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
