Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 18 cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid.

S & F Sub-Class ‘B’ Brick, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of Cable laid in trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections and joints including Pipes, Bricks, etc of any description laying in trenches or fixing with Walls/Poles, segreating serviceable Pipes, Cables etc and keep in safe custody for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

S & F Galvanised Iron Pipe light grade as in protection of UG Cable laid in trenches including necessary MS clamp, nuts, bolts and painting of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, bottom of pole to be painted with synthetic enamel paint of alternate White & Black Strips and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc painted with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Writing Lettering on Steel Tubular / Pre-stressed Concrete Pole (8 cm in height) with Synthetic Enamel Paint (White) on base of Black Paint in round shape of 15 Cm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Trimming of Tree Branch, girth not exc. 150 mm around OH Electric Lines and cleaning , removing trimmed Branches from Site(s) and stacking as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Street Light Fitting Bracket made out from GI Pipe 40 mm bore (dia), medium grade 1.50 metre long, bent to required shape and fixing to Poles with and including Clamp sets suitable for tubular pole made out of MS flat iron of size 40 mm x 6 mm thick, Nuts, Bolts as required duly painted with Two Coats of Aluminum Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer including taking down old unserviceable bracket, comlete all as specified and as directed.
