Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Note : If any existing electric cables/ Telephone line/ OFC cable,water pipe line etc is damaged by the contractor during the execution of work, it will be repaired/ replaced as per existing by the contractor at his own expense to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class 'B' bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean local river sand in cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches / ducts in layers complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

Dismantling / taking down of ACSR conductor of any description from electric poles of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning in repair, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor ISI marked 11 KV grade (Earthed system) laid in trenches / on pole / in ducts or through sleeves of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L ACSR over head Aluminium conductor steel reinforced of any size all as specified and directed including stringing/ dismatling through RCC/Steel tubular poles, fixing on insulators, jumpering with aluminium binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable HT PCC pole 11 Mtr long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking down stay assembly complete any type & description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR Part I with 16 mm dia stay rod and including 7/2.24 mm size stay strand & stay clamps complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaipuria Brothers, Atlas, Bhel.

Dismantling of cross arms, bracing, support, clamps, nut & bolt of mild steel channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti climbing device, comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately) including taking out old u/s complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking down insulators any type / size from electric poles of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Disc type insulator, Porcelain, vitreous brown, white or green single disc assembly, 145mm high & 255mm dia ball & socket type, for tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pin type, porcelain, vitreous brown, white or green insulator (HT), 150mm height and 150 mm dia, 11000 volts grade including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of post insulator with GI post for holding fixed/moving contact assemby including fixing arrangment suitable for Air break gang oprated switch 200 to 400 Amps, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacment of HT Jumper existing Two Pole/four Pole Structure of transformer/Junction point etc including using winding of ACSR Conductor (mink) 11000 Volt, including PG clamp Nut Bolts, Thimbles and washer ete as requirment as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of HT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F Galvanised steel wire 4mm dia use as earth continuty conductor on HT/LT Overhead lines including stringing through RCC/Steel tubular poles, fixing on cross arms supports etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Cradles, hexagonal / rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25X20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying 100 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc including dismantling & taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming/prunning and removing of tree branches or any other forein objects from LT/HT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of Replacement of Insulators, Joining the ACSR Conductor, Jumpering and stringing the ACSR conductor etc.

M&L for boring of holes under road, Pavement, Hard standing or as directed by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for crossing of XLPE cable as per standard technical specification vertical depth n.exc. 2 mtr and horizontal dia suitable for upto 100 mm dia pipe and including getting out, removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old u/s HT cable from trench/pole/wall/pipe etc as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and commissioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade IS-7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) System 95 Sqmm, 3 core cable laid in trenches/ ducts/ encased in GI pipe/ fixed to poles including jointing & testing complete all as specified and dircted of following cross sectional area :- Note: Excavation & earth work, Sand cushioning, Bricks, GI tubing & Clamps shall be measured & paid seperately under relevent items of Sch 'A'.

Dehydration /filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling in replacement of transformer oil in transformer in situ/ at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 60 KV at 205 mm gap during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335 of make POWER/INSOLE/UNIVERSAL (Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container) and empty barrel of transformer oil will be deposited by contractor in E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed. M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer (in door/out door type) 11 KV/433 volts copper wound from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/ platform mounted, uploading and transporting by using crane and vehicles the same to authorised workshop and opening the transformer cover, draining out of tranformer oil and keep safely for reuse after filtration, assembling, removing of the burnt parts i.e tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all partsincluding taking out HT/LT leg coil core tank and cooling tubes, painting the inner side tank by zinc chromate paint, spray painting outside by enemelled smoke gray coloure paint and preparing the same for re-assembling after ovening of core with coil and carrying out required repair and Transporting and re-installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/ platform with neccessary fixing arrangment including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. and specified in particular specification of the following capacity. Note :- 1. HT/LT limb case and other spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this sch 'A'. 2. Taking out old unservisiable silica gel and fill the new silicate into the breather complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of neon type indicating lamp (R Y & B) - 01 Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread and leveling Graded coarse Aggregate in loose filling over the surface of guage 40-20 mm nominal size in the installation yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip lead 32X6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1: 3:6), 20mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Part-I. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be 8 mm dia TMT steel bar @ 150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip. Any varriation in length shall be measured and paid through relevent item of schedule 'A'. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr earth lead strip. Any varriation in length shall be measured and paid through relevent item of schedule 'A'. (iv) Earth eletrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to packedthickness of 150mm on all sides as specified.

S&F in replacement earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required by using galvanised iron 32x6 mm strip as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Find out Fault in existing U/G HT cables laid below 1 Mtr depth of earth surface in any location of GE Bharatpur AOR at Bharatpur by the expert engineers team and hiring of HT Cable fault loactor complete all as specified and directed. Note : HT Straight through Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this sch 'A'.

Surface Dressing / Cleaning of Surrounding Area of Two Pole / four Pole Structure including removing of tree brances, small trees plants bushes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cable route indicator HT with colour code ( BROWN) HT 10cm dia made of cast iron 8mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25x 25x 5mm and 60cm long complete including fixing necessary excavation in soft/loose soil embedded in PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type C1 block of size 300 x 200 x 600mm and removal of surplus soil and marked as HT cable / joints on circular cast iron plate with colour code complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2x1m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Replacement of broken earth chamber cover by providing RCC cover of 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 550mmx550mmx40mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia MS TMT bars @100 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Fibre insulation board made out of minimum size 32 mm thick panel wood duly covered with PVC sheet / fibre sheet all around to make it weather proof fixed on two pole structure suitable for fixing of jumper / fuse wire and taking load of 150 kg on min 3 mtr span complete all as specified and as directed
