CA NO GE(U)/CHM-49/2025-26 SPECIAL REPAIR TO DISTRIBUTION LT UG CABLE AND CONNECTED ITEM OF WORKS FOR MD ACCN (SECTOR D IV MAP ACCN) AT CHANDIMANDIR MILITARY STATION

Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying as in replacement 50mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying as in replacement 100mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, mass and for repairing to paths/ road & hardstanding etc. including necessary cutting of roads/ paths for passing of pipes and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M&L as in replacement of Power Cables, Aluminium Stranded Conductor 240 sqmm, 3.5 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) complete laid in trenches / floors / ducts/ fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH Line and testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L as in replacement of Power Cables, Aluminium Stranded Conductor 185 sqmm, 3.5 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) complete laid in trenches / floors / ducts/ fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH Line and testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
