Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with crushed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm) with granite, trap or Basalt spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to reqd gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M & L preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire burshes for removing caked, mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M & L for applying a priming/tack coat ( VG-10) of paving bitumen primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm on prepared WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous, macadam (VG-30) over primed surface of road using paving bitumen, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) . Binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix complete , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for applying a priming/tack coat (VG-10) of paving bitumen primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm on black top surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M & L for applying 25mm thick mastic asphalt consisting of an intermate homogeneous mixture on mineral filler, well graded fine and coarse aggregate industrial grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS 73 of 2006 cooked at 170 degree to 200 degree centigrade laid hot trowelled and floated by means of wooden float bitumen mastic after spreading and while still hot in plastic condition shall spread over with bituminous precoated fine aggregate of size 20mm @ 0.005 Cum per 10 Sqm mixed with 0.17 Kg per 10 Sqm of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 for antiskiding including all material, labour, tools and plants , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for 2mm thick, white or golden yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, conforming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) applied with manually operated machine suitable for hot application at desired temperature, painting as in strips (contineous or breaking) painting lines, dashes,arrows, letters, etc. on roads or pavements and the like painting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

S&F ABS round body (delineator) fitted with 2 Nos 110mm dia high reflective made of PMMA and reflector having a pipe (duly powder coated ) and two small rectangular reflector of size 70X23mm,2 Nos each side are also provided for better reflecting , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

S&F Solar road studs aluminium alloy and polycarbonate size 125mmx125mmx259including shank 60mm) both side reflector, battery 1.2V 1600 MA rechargable NICD battery, solarpanel : 0.3 W light source 6 pcs super bright LED with stem in replacement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

S&F Cat eyes size 90x110x17mm in replacement for road, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M & L for surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep and getting out including removal as in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L moorum filling 100mm thick as in roadside berm laid in layers n.exe 10 cm thickness spread, levelled, watered and rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with flyash modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, strings courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers,apex stones bed plates, kerbs, weater troughts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigments, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) 150 mm bore pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) (in two layers) WBM with crushed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm) Granite, Trap or Basalt spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft & hard soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or shafts, wells, cesspits, anholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc .5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick soling (or sub base) (compacted thcikness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for mixing Fly ash, Clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3:6 (i.e 10% Fly Ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust) laying, watering and rammingand compacting with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 8% and Dry density 97% placed at required camber and gradient , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material obtained from item No 1.01, 1.24 and 1.25 here-in before exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed including spreading and levelling to a true surface , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness (VG-30) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, (paving bitumen) rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with exc 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne power road roller etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge. Note : Work will be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with power road roller.
