Taking out existing CC intelocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc. disposal of unserviceble material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504 ( Exclusive G.S.B.)

Brick Work with common burnt clay ( non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster in 1:4 cement morter single coat on fair/rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering in single story building finished even and smooth.

Mild steel or iron work in plain or such as reinforced concerete or reinforced brick work ( when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastages and overlaping and hooks

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and Laying Chequered Precast cement concrete tile 22mm thick in footpath & Courtyard jointed with need cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including rubbing & cleaning etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) light shade pigment using white cement

Finishing walls with one coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of the work (Chequered floor ntile Painting)
