Cleaning areas by sweeping moping the floors, corridors and steps, roads and other areas removing the cob webs as specified by the EIC. and roads, water tables including collecting the muck, papers and refuses etc. and dumping in nearby waste bins or where the places shown by the Departmental Engineer at site and Cleaning the toilets consisting of urinals , EWC, IWC, Wash basins floor and showers etc at CWMF using cleaning powder, soap solution in Green areas as per the instruction of EIC. Note: It is compulsory to supply minimum 2 Nos. Male, 6 Nos. Female labour and 1(one) No. Housekeeping Supervisor for the above works daily (Including Saturday) If any short supply of labour recovery will be made as per estimated rate.

Supply of cleaning materials such as phenyl, urinal perfumed mat, room freshener, harpic toilet cleaner, naphthalene balls, liquid hand wash, broom stick, floor cleaning liquid, toilet & wash basin cleaning brush, mop cotton, mop with - (wooden, steel, alumnium stick), plastic bucket, plastic mug, Dust bin - (60, 80, 120 litre capacity), colin spray, odonil, scented soap solution, cotton cloth, cob web broom with stick, multi cleaning solution,, easy mop with sprayer. (Initial and one Lot every three months.) as per annexure of Housekeeping Cleaning materials with specific brand. Note: It is compulsory to supply each lot once in three months and one lot to be supplied at initial stage within 15 days from the date of issue of work order.

Providing tractor for disposal of garbages, debris and unserviceable material to IGCAR dumping yard using unskilled labour including tractor driver

Providing mechanical equipments like Hydra/JCB for cleaning garbage pit, approaching tree branches while trimming of trees above building height and plucking of tree root
