Amount

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but in hard / dense soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing of Natural Oil Cooled Transformer including taking proper shutdown from HT side and disconnecting all HT and LT cables, checking drain plug and replacing where required, checking oil level indicator and replacing where required, checking of silica gel breathers, manual cleaning the cores and windings from sediments and foreign particles deposited on cores/ windings/ body, replacing the gaskets and bolts/Nuts as reqd for the transformer 6/0.415 kV of capacity 200 to 250 kVA. [ Note: - The materials used for servicing will be measured and paid under separate item as supply only. Other minor spares/ materials and tools used for servicing not mentioned in the schedule (viz drain plug, bolts and nuts, materials and tools required for cleaning or core/ windings, tools required for cutting of gaskets etc) deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Dehydration and topping up of transformer oil will be measured and paid under separate item but must be done at the time of servicing]

M&L for Draining out all the transformer oil and preserving in air tight container and Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil with streamline transformer oil purification/ dehydration machine including heating for removing moisture content to bring down the parameters of the oil within the permissible limit as laid down in IS: 1866.2000 all as specified and as directed including testing and topping up with new transformer oil upto optimum level for transformers 6/0.415 kV of capacity 200 to 800 kVA: - [Note: (i) Cost of pouring new transformer oil to maintain the optimum level deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. The quantity of new transformer oil will be measured and paid under separate item as supply only. (ii) The cost of re-filtration/ re-dehydration (in case the parameters of filtered oil does not comply with the laid down limits as per IS) shall be deemed inclusive in the quoted rate

Supply only new transformer oil in non-returnable containers including testing of parameters from Govt authorised laboratory as per IS: 335:1993 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening covers of dry type transformer 6/0.415 kV of capacity 750 kVA make: ICON Engineers Pvt Ltd and servicing complete including manual cleaning of dust and sediments through blower/ vacuum cleaner by auth Service Engineer of OEM all as specified and as directed. [ Note: - The materials used for servicing will be measured and paid under separate item as supply only. Other minor spares/ materials and tools used for servicing not mentioned in the schedule (viz drain plug, bolts and nuts, materials and tools required for cleaning or core/ windings, tools required for cutting of gaskets etc) shall be deemed inclusive in the quoted rate. Dehydration and topping up of transformer oil at the time of servicing will be measured and paid under appropriate item in BOQ]

Repair/maintenance and servicing of oil cooled step down transformer 6 KV/433 Volt of capacity upto 2000 KVA, comprising following work services :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) Cleaning all sludges from main oil tank and conservator tank and removal off the site. (d) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (e) Cleaning, polishing of serviceable bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same. (f) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush as required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) While replacing and refixing the stud and bush, all nuts, washers and gaskets are to be replaced with new one against the quoted rate (ii) New bushes and studs required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' under respective items mentioned here-in-after. (g) Refixing all cable terminals of HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank in position. (h) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather and replacing with new silica gel to make up the reduced quantity Note: New silica gel requied for replenishing shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' (j) Servicing and testing of Bucolz Relay for smooth operation. Note:- New silica gel required for replacement shall be measured and paid sepprately as supply only. (1) HT side cable connection shall be made with new HT tape & M Seal Monoplast. (2) M seal monoplast required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (3) The items of work mentioned here-in-after are tentative and may vary as per site requirement as assessed by the representative and the Engn-in-Charge after strip inspection and the contractor shall have no claim on that account. (4) Contractor wiil be very careful and should ensure not to enter any type of moisture in side the transformer during maintenance.

Supply only silica gel breather including initial fiiling with required quantity of silica gel of make: Jaipuria Brothers Electrical Pvt Ltd or equivalent in other approved make for transformers of capacity 200 kVA to 250 kVA all as specified and as directed: -

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but for transformers of capacity 315 to 500 kVA.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but for transformers of capacity 630 to 2000 kVA.

Supply only transformer bushing including studs for HT primary side of existing transformer 6/0.415 kV of capacity upto 2000 kVA all as specified and as directed.

Supply only transformer bushing including studs for LT secondary side of existing transformer 6/0.415 kV of capacity upto 2000 kVA all as specified and as directed.

Supply only best quality good oil resistant gasket sheet suitable for oil cooled transformer as per IS: 4253 including cutting to shape as per existing size of transformer top covers and side covers all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting of transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing MES No with Capital letters at two places after removing of old paints by paint removing chemicals and mild scrapping all as specified and as directed for transformers of capacity 200 kVA to 250 kVA

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but for transformers of capacity 315 to 500 kVA.

M&L for maintenance of Vacuum circuit breaker with panel of make: PASCAL, 6 kV grade, 400 to 800 Amp by auth rep of OEM including the following: - (a)Switching off VCB and confirming that supply to incoming end is properly disconnected. (b)Opening covers of the circuit breaker and visual checking of epoxy housing and all parts for rust and wear. (c)Cleaning all parts of the breaker compartment with appropriate chemical to remove dust and dirt and wipping of the envelop of the vacuum interrupter and insulating material with a clean and dry cloth. (d)Lubricating of rotary sections and moving parts, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section etc by applying a small amount of grease/ petrolium jelly/ machine oil as applicable. (e)Checking of PTs, CTs, control circuits, closing and tripping coil and all other parts. (f) Replacement of parts detected defective or less reliable. (g) Checking auxilliary supply and control voltage, control circuits and tightening of all connections. [Note : - (i) The spares will be measured and paid separately under Prime Cost Sum. The items required for replacement will be separately approved by a BOO detailed by the Accepting Officer during execution. (ii) The tenderer will submit current price list/ quotation of spares from the OEM and quote percentage over the rate for payment accordingly. (iii) After servicing of VCB, Health check up reports will be submitted (iv) The old retrieved materials will be deposited to MES store yard of AGE E/M-1]

M&L for maintenance of Ring Main Unit with 02 Nos Incoming and 01 No outgoing of make: Areva T&D, 6 kV grade, 400 to 630 Amp by auth rep of OEM including the following:- (a)Switching off the all the incoming and confirming that supply to incoming end is properly disconnected. (b)Opening covers of the RMU and visual checking of all parts for rust and wear. (c)Cleaning all parts to remove dust and dirt and wipping of the envelop of the moving contacts and insulating material with a clean and dry cloth. d) Lubricating of rotary sections and moving parts, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section etc by applying a small amount of machine oil and applying grease for operating shaft and bearings. (e)Checking of PTs and CTs and all control circuits. (f)Replacement of parts detected defective or less reliable [Note : - (i) The spares will be measured and paid separately under Prime Cost Sum. The items required for replacement will be separately approved by a BOO detailed by the Accepting Officer during execution. (ii) The tenderer will submit current price list/ quotation of spares from the OEM and quote percentage over the rate for payment accordingly. Removing the transformer from the sub station after disconnecting the cable, transport to a reputed workshop for repair/Rewinding purpose, removing the unserviceable Primary/ Secondary winding from HT/LT sides, Materials and labour for new winding of HT coils (Primary/ windings) with super enamelled copper wire of existing guage and winding as per existing specifications and re-insulation of LT winding by taking out old insulating materials and providing fresh insulating material varnishing and heating of new windings as per existing specification including checking and tightening internal electric connections and fixing back the top cover with new gasket and suitable nuts, bolts upto 2000 KVA transformer Refilling of filter/dehydrated transformer oil in the tank including transportation, loading and unloading of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs 91,970.00 mentioned on Page No 30 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
