Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering operationally EOT crane of capacity as mentioned below including assemblies inspection and maintenance of including checking / tightening of all nut , bolt & breaks any type any size complete system, adjusting etc of all breaks motions and VFD /VVVF drive adjustment setting of EOT / HOT cranes with having single or double girder type and providing greasing & oiling of traveling / moving parts of crane with connecting motor girder parts for movement of crane hoist / long / cross traveling and including maintaining the controlling of speed / creeping micro speed of motors with minor maint / repair electrically operated main control panel wire with connecting control wiring system consisting of main switch, step down transformer, contactor, HRC fuse, VFD, PLR, control pendent ,wire rope with break drum unit, gear box unit , oil levels, motor bed / foot ,electrical control cable, motor terminal, end cable carriage trolly , motor shaft, bush flange bearing with lathe work ,chain pulley block, ratchet clutch, gear block, chain wheel, chain etc and including locating the defect or fault and rectification of the fault and rectification of oil leakage etc any type any size and replacement of defected nut, bolt & washer and making it soundless/sound proof and after trails testing run of crane for smooth functioning / operation satisfactorily of the following mentioned capacity cranes/Hoist complete all as specified and as directed. Details of EOT Crane (i) EOT crane of 50 Ton capacity - 01 No. ( Make of Cranex Ltd) (ii) EOT crane of 45 Ton capacity - 01 No. ( Make of Rockwell Hoist) Total = 02 x 06 months = 12 Month

All as per srl item No 01 here-in-before but EOT Crane / Hoist of capacity is under mentioned complete all as specified and as directed. Details of EOT Cranes /Hoist (i) EOT crane of 05 Ton capacity located at 505 ABW - 10 Nos. ( Make of Cranex Ltd-07 Nos,Tojyam Steel- 02 Nos, & Grip Engineer-01 No) (ii) EOT crane of 03 Ton capacity located at 505 ABW - 03 Nos. ( Make of Dinesh Enterprises-02 Nos, & USGC-01 No) (iii) EOT crane of 02 Ton capacity located at 505 ABW - 13 Nos. ( Make of Cranex Ltd -12 Nos & Grip enterprises-1 No) (iii) EOT crane of 01 Ton capacity located at 505 ABW - 01 Nos (Make of Rockwell hoist) Total = 27.0 x 06 months = 162.0 Month Note for item No 1 to 3 :- (i) Inspection checking decarbonising & tightning of electrical connection in total system including replacement of thimbles etc. (ii) Inspection & checking of fuses, setting & tightning the same as per their capacity. (iii) Inspection and setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc. (iv) Spares for EOT crane will be measured and paid seperately as given in Sch 'A' of BOQ. (v) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month for six (06) months and maintain the record of same as per the performa of monthly maintenance check enclosed in the tender documents.The same shall be forwarded alongwith RAR failing which no payment shall be released to the contractor.

Note for item No 1 to 3 (Contd...):- (vi) Contracor will ensure serviceability and safety of crane during his each visit by way of maintining job card duly signed by Engr-in-Charge and JE E/M. (vii) The contractor will also send Technician on call basis in case of any fault. Fault to be rectified within 8hrs of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 500/- per day will be deducted till rectification of defect. (viii) Rates of all consumables such as lubricant, gear box oil, thrustor brake oil , nut bolt, split pins, bushes, gasket , Push Buttorn for pendent are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ix) The maintenance & repair under this contract shall be done through MoU issued by any one of OEM i.e. M/s Rockwell Hoisto Cranes Pvt Ltd, M/s Poineer Cranes, M/s Hercules Hoisto, M/s Turbo Fergusan (India) Pvt Ltd, M/s Cranex, M/s USGC, M/s Garlik, M/s Morris, M/s Hindustan Liver, M/s Grip Engineers, M/s Meta feb, M/s JPSENT. The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be executed as per policy in vogue. (x) OEM’s are exempted from production of MoU, if they participate in bidding directly, subject to fulfilling requirements as mentioned in the tender. It may also be noted that, if the OEM’s issues MoU for participation of other bidder than OEM’s bid will be rejected upon his direct participation in the tendering process.

Supply , fixing, adjustment in replacement of unserviceable AC Drive / variable frequency drive (VFD)/ frequency convertor device system of capacity of 55.0 KW (HD) three phase supply system with required input 3 x AC 380-480 Volt , 50 / 60 HZ and out put 3 x AC 0-480 Volt, frequency 0-400 HZ including DBR suitable for drive or as per existing sample with having setting controlling devices system for operating /controlling of slow / high speed for all motion and other controlling system etc for smooth functional of over head electric traveling crane of capacity 50 Ton and including making controlling cable connection of system and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for alignment of EOT Crane rail tracks on both sides of the way approx 20 Ft height from the ground floor, including gas cutting, welding and grinding, fish plates , nuts & Bolts for smooth movement of LT Motion of the EOT Cranes ( approx One side length of track 100-150 RM) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while working on rail tracks. (ii) The cost of scaffolding arrangement laddars,safety belt,lifting ,and T&P used during the alignment /working on rail track will borne by the contractor itself.

Dismantling and removing of damaged & worn out mild steel wheel ( Long /Cross travel) including complete wheel assembly i.e wheel shaft, bearing housing ,bearing and connected accessories complete of EOT crane Capacity 02 Ton to 50 Ton capacity at the height of 20 feet and above all as specified and direceted. Note:- (i) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and fixing the crane wheels. (ii) Any damage to govt property while executing the work is to be make good by the contractor. (iii) The cost of scaffolding arrangement laddars,safety belt,lifting jacks,and T&P used while working in the crane will bw borne by the contractor itself.

Material and labour for cutting/fabrication ,fixing & welding of MS angle iron of size as per site requirement for fixing chequered plates/making ladders, supports fixing brackets etc including bracing ,supports ,clamps,and back plates fabricated fron structural steel section including Nits & Bolts ,washers,welding,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of Red Oxide Zinc chrome paint and two coat of alumunium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The cost of PCC work for fixing of structure/ladders, if needed is deemed to be rate quoted.

Material and labour for phase indication lamp with indication colour Red,Yellow and Blue for DSL busbar of crane with best quality LED lamps , visibility range upto 200 mtr, including ss powder coated enclosure and necessary welding and bracket for fixing indicator on the bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying ,and fixing in replacement of XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable of the following size ,1100 Volts grade , with stranded aluminium conductor served with aninner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with GI wire and over all PVC sheathed in laid trenches/ passing through pipe/duct/road crossing/surface of wall/in hume pipe etc including fixing hardware,clamps,making good the damaged surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.
