Dismanting CGI (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame n.exc 1.5 sqm each incl cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, wall for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each incl cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, wall for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving's n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr as specified.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing completeand including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast designer coloured Endura tiles with glossy finish (factory made rectified) of size 300mmx300mmx10mm, top layer glazed made in any type of cement and pigment, in required patterns in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle iron, door frame or other section with gusset plate, rails, braces and stair case etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc, to prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges also fastening grills, grating, hold fast of doors and windows chowkat etc, with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanksand fixing and similar work confirming to fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
