Rope of mesh should be Weatherproof, UV stabilized and chemically inert, Breaking strength of minimum 23.08 Kg per yarn having a Melting point more than 250 degree c of any colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Height of the netting will be at 8 to 12 mtr including hanging and tightening arrangement and to be finished without any undulation complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for carefully removing existing Bird proofing net from the hanger at 8 m to 12 m (approx) height including removing the supporting bands, straps, ties etc. The damaged portion of the Bird proofing net must be repaired and refixed in the existing position duly tightened etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- Quoted rate must include the cost of all the additional items required for removing and refixing the existing bird proofing net.

Material & Labour for 5 mm thick EPU floor coating system including surface preparation by clearing from dust, muck, moisture & all foreign material and cleaned by mechanical scrubber/ grinder, chemical treatment for oil if required followed by application of primer which shall be a two component, solvent free, epoxy polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1 : 1 to yield a thickness of 100 microns then providing and applying the screed layer of minimum thickness of 2800 microns. The self levelling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregates (Special Silica). The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2: 1 ratio. The aggregates shall be added on the rate of 1: 3 or 1: 3.5 over that, copper tape, then conductive coat of Aquoxy ESD to be applied to a volumetric ratio of 3:1 to a thickness of 100 microns and finally Epoxy Polyurethane top coat which is a pre-weighed pack ready to mix and use which will consists of resin, hardner, EPI (Colour concentrate) formulated aggregates and carbon fibre. All these 5 parts to be added to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per manufacturer’s instruction.

Removing of existing EPU flooring clearing, removing of oil grease, grinding the surface complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturere's instruction.

Material & labour for repairs to cracks and potholes after set absolutely dry, clean and devoid of dust, oil loose floor particles old paint, tar etc. These damaged areas to be filled or levelled with an dinstant concrete repair compound consisting of a specially developed EPU based Rasin and Hardener which can be used for immediate repairs for worn out floors and pavements. This EPU based Resin, Hardner and grey coloured aggregates to mixed thoroughly with the aid of mechanical stirrer for 5 minutes. Lay the mix with a trowel and level it smoothly, Material to be used for repairing of cracks, potholes and worn out areas should be fast setting, no water curing higher compressive strength than concrete, thermally stable and water resistant complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from expansion/ contraction (Dummy) joints of rigid pavement including racking out spilled out seailing compound to 25mm wide and 35mm average depth by diamond cutter. Cleaning and preparing the surface, removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 150mtr and depositing where directed and M&L for providing and applying Polyurethane sealant of approved make over a coat of approved primer complete all as specified and directed

Cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from expansion/ contraction (Dummy) joints of rigid pavement including rackingut spilled out seailing compound to 15mm wide and 20mm average depth by diamond cutter. Cleaning and preparing the surface, removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 150mtr and depositing where directed and M&L for providing and applying Polyurethane sealant of approved make over a coat of approved primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix 10mm thick Gypsum boards one side prelaminated suitably placed in false ceiling grid work complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium anodized door shutter with frame of size 62.5mmx37mmx1.5mm thick with one or more rebate consisting of 5 mm thick tinted glass pane, aluminium shutter having top, middle and bottom rail of size 112mmx37mm including jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized snap beading, aluminium anodized fittings such as 200mm long tower bolt (2 Nos), 150mm hinges (3 Nos), suitable handles (2 Nos) mortice lock with 02 keys for each door complete all as directed including taking down of old wooden frame with shutter .

Supply and fix aluminium window with chowkhat and shutters complete with tinted glass, aluminium grill, hinges, pair of handle, tower bolts, including taking down existing window of any description and make good the surface for fixing of aluminium window complete all as specified and directed including taking down of old wooden frame with shutter (weight of section of chowkhat and shutter not less than 0.55 Kg/m).

Supply and fix standard aluminium section powder coated any colour as approved for door frames/shutter, window frames/shutters sliding/fixed and partitions etc including jointing cleat and rubber beading/lining. Pivot and fixed in position with stainless steel screw complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters and running fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 W quanlity 'A' complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed

HANGER DOOR

(v) Existing door paint must be removed/scrubbed down completely and two coat of synthetic enemel paint of approved camoflauge pattern should be applied over a coat of primer all as specified & directed. Providing and fixing of limit switches for auto power cut at suitable fixed destinations of master leaf both in opening and closing situations. (vi) Providing of ldler braking system to be attached with motor gear system via chain sprocket assembly drive, chanical buffers, heavy cleats, conneters, EPDM Gaskets at centre leafs. Auto track cleaners to be fitted at bottom of all leafs. (vii) Providing and fixing of Manual declutching system for any emergency at a suitable height by twisting the mechanism with Handle Shaped LN key. (viii) Rectify alignment of bottom tracks till parking bay to make electric operation smooth and friction free. The bottom track should be straight till parking bay at both extremities. (ix) Rectifying alignment of Top guide channel till parking bay to make electric operation smooth and friction free till parking bay at both extremities. (x) Making all door leaf aligned and straight by taking down door leaf, with all alteration and of small sections all as required.(xi) Hanger door shall be refixed in the same opening after completing repairs.

Dismantling/taking down P-70 Hanger opening (62.00mx8.50m) and a set of 08 doors (7.70mx8..40m) on each opening, in 62.00m opening 8 Equal leafs on each entries bi-parting i.e. 4 leafs each side and quoted rate included all damages made to the existing floor, roof ets shall be made good and match with the existing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down P-01 Hanger opening (45.00mx9.00m) and a set of 06 doors (7.50mx9.00m) on each opening, in 45.00m opening 6 Equal leafs on each entries bi-parting i.e. 3 leafs each side and quoted rate included all damages made to the existing floor, roof ets shall be made good and match with the existing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down P-165 Hanger opening (30.00mx8.50m) and a set of 06 doors (5.00mx8.50m) on each opening, in 30.00m opening 6 Equal leafs on each entries bi-parting i.e. 3 leafs each side and quoted rate included all damages made to the existing floor, roof ets shall be made good and match with the existing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Aligning of bottom tracks existing tracks, repair of ball bearing/ machining/ complete whells necessary as required of all top and bottom wheel of same/ better specifications. The following components of the Hanger doors shall be repaired/ replaced where ever required. (i) Repair/ of all bottom wheels including Machining as required, by keeping alignments in right direction by removing form door leafs, Re-assembling of wheels, placing ball bearing, re-fixing on door leafs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Aligning of top tracks existing tracks, repair of ball bearing/ machining/ complete wheels necessary as required of all top and bottom wheel of same/ better specifications. The following components of the Hanger doors shall be repaired/ replaced where ever required. (i) Repair/ of top wheels including Machining as required, by keeping alignments in right direction by removing from door leafs, Re-assembling of wheels, replacing ball bearing, re-fixing on door leafs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Replacing of existing wheel with drive wheel, required two drive wheel for one opening. Drive wheel shall contain either gear on the flange portion or shall have chain sprocket arrangement as per OEM etc complete all as specified and directed.

Design, Fabrication, Erection and commissioning complete of Hanger Door with motorized system including top frame, top guide, bottom rail, wheels, all civil work like excavation for footing and foundation, columns, cross girder for outside frame work including brick work/micro concrete/structure work all complete. Door will have colour quoted aluminium galvanised 0.60mm thick sheeting in front. Opening size 40.0mx10.50m in 8 equal leafs. The support structure will be integrated with existing hanger, including following points:- (a) Motorized and mechanical opening system for each leaf of door. The capacity of motor shall be minimum 3 H.P. (b) Frame work for whole structure with top and bottom four track rails. (c) Frame work of 08 Nos sliding door shutters with diagonals and cross sections including, wheels complete. (d) Welded or riveted or self-tapping screws cladding in each Doors with 0.8mm thick MS Sheets and painted with approved pattern Camouflage painting. (e) All Design & Structural Drawing as specified in approved Drawing submitted by the contractor through Govt approved Consulting Agency IIT/NIT (Govt engineering college and as per direction of Garrison Engineer.

(f) Rate quoted will be inlcuded for interconnecting of existing Semi Oval shape Hanger with New Erected Hanger door to avoid seepage and leakage with all necessary material and labour. (g) Demolition of concrete floor to lay bottom rails. (h) Supply & fix bottom rails sizes as per the design. (j) Material & labour for micro concrete. (k) Supply & fix hanger door specification complete all as existing door and as per design (l) Joining of roof and hanger door to be covered with matching existing roof (m) Hanger door shall be designed as per indian standard wind load. (n) Complete doors and frame work should be applied with two coat of approved synthetic enemel camouflage pattern paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix mild steel hooks (stay) for wall ties 50x5mm, 300 mm long etc (conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0) complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in repair 0.80mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screw and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to br fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc 5 cm long etc complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Submain wiring with two runs of single core 4.0 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size and one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade FRLSH cable as earth conductor complete all as specified and as directed . Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base etc.in path for interlocking tiles, and finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, subbases, etc. even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment with placing of paver block with 25mm sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately as per item below).

Material and labour for 25 mm thick sand filling(sand cushioning) udner floors/pavements or in foundation including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings , benching of man holes including weathering rounded, chamfered angles and throating as directed incl necessary form work. Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even & smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

AREA DRAINAGE

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation & manholes n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over area n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over area n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete, type D2, (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, sub basees and mass complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for precast PCC solid block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces ,in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with even and smooth without using extra cement complete.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including for MS moulds, mitered/stopped ends of 1.0 m etc complete. all as specified and as directed (Inner girth only measured).

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil.complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing rigid pavement thickness exc. 10 CM by manually or mechanically without disturbing adjoining existing surfaces etc, all as directed as per site requirement & disposing off debris to a distance exc 1.5 KM & n.exc 5 KM complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for RCC M-30 (Design mix) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410, Gde E-310 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint any shade over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slab set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.(reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spiraly for column & hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 450mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed in CM 1:1 etc complete all as specified and as directed.
