   For the purpose of development order placement, only the developmental vendors listed as developmental vendors available on U-VAM vendor list of the item id/sub item id 3100584003 is applicable to this tender WITHOUT ANY CONDITION (regarding supply commencement preconditioned with prototype approval or field trials) will be treated as developmental vendors.

   The participation of authorised dealers/traders will not be entertained. Bids received from OEM authorised dealers/ traders on behalf of eligible RDSO approved sources will be summarily rejected.

   In accordance with Para 5.8 (a) of section - I of NWR Standard Bidding document (SBD) Version - January- 2026," Bidder shall, at the time of bidding be required to indicate percentage of local content and provide self-certification that the item offered meets the local content requirement for "Class-I local supplier"/ "Class-II local supplier".

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   1.Clarifications, if any, regarding specifications etc. may be obtained from Office of PCMM/HQ/NWR 2.A copy of relevant specifications and drawings can be obtained on payment by the tenderers from the Director General (Track), RDSO, Manak Nagar, Lucknow. The relevant drawings and specifications can be seen in the office of PCMM/HQ/NWR.

   The contractor shall be GST complaint and claim the applicable GST in their bills, which will be paid by the Railways.

   The Schedule of Technical requirement for pocket type NCR GRSP shall be referred at" NCR GRSP STR TDG 0042 (Revision-01)" document appended with this tender
4. 4

   The Indian Railway Standard Specification for Rail Pads for Placing Beneath Rails, SI. No. T-55-2025 (Revision-1) for CGRSP, GRSP and Nylon GRSP shall be referred at - " SI No T 55 2025 " document appended with this tender.
