Supply and fixing of Linear Steel tables with Granite top (fixing granite along with 12mm thick ply to steel frame using necessary adhesive) Approx.Size of the Table 1200mm to 1350 mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 750mm(H). All steel sections should be powder Coated .Fabication of table as per Architectural drawings provided & complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : i) Rate inclusive of Polishing & Edge moulding for Granite ii) Granite Surface area taken for payment . iii) Colour of granite decided during fabrication

Disconnecting / Cut the Existing Plywood Running table with 3 unit drawer fixed to Floor/ Wall/ Partition (Approx size 7.8m (L) *0.6m (D) ) the rate inclusive of shifting disconnected Running table and stacking disconnected material lead up to 50m (lead starts from ground level) all complete etc., as per instruction of Engineer in charge .

Repairing the existing damaged Gypsum false ceiling by providing and fixing new Gypsum board false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm square M.S tubes of 18 mm thickness as main runner at 600mm clear bothways, suspended/ supported with M.S. flats,(False celing size 1sqm Approx) 25x4 mm from existing R.C.C. slab including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25mmx1.25mm thickness welded to main runners and applying POP (calcium sulphate semi hydrate variety) to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10 mm finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. frame work and suspenders complete.Gypsum board tie up with wire in the existing wall, bottom of the gypsum board provide the necessary angel in all surrounding the existing the wall cost is included 12.50 mm thick and the rate including one coat putty,one coat primer,two coat of emulsion paint etc.all complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting with Premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on old work for painting &Rate inclusive of Scrapping, Touchup Putty(Birla White) & one coat primer etc.all complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Make : Asian ,Nerolac, Berger (Primer & Paint)
