DISMANTLING WORKS AT ETP-I PART-A
The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, suitable slings / belts, etc., machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, transportation of unused materials/equipments which needs to be preserved to owner's storage point and dumping the old equipments / generated scrap material(other than structural steel & Reinforcement steel) to the designated place as per EIC instructions.

Demolishing brickwork and disposing unserviceable materials at 7km lead
Note:The rate is inclusive of blinding&de-blinding,flushing,supply of required tools,tackles,machineries,required consumables,manpower ,tractor,trailor,cranes of required capacity to complete the dismantling as per the directions of EIC.
Dismantling of Pipes,fittings,flanges,valves,structural,vertical sump pumps & motors,aerator with drive assembly,clarifier drive motors, Centrifuge with drive motor,hydraulic motors and segregating & transporting to scrap yard as per scope of work and instrucions of EIC at Effluent Treatment Plant-I (ETP-I),CPCL-Manali (Unit of Measurement Tonne =Metric tonne)

The amount quoted for the below items will be treated as negative and has to be passed on to CPCL
The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, suitable slings / belts, etc., machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, transportation of unused materials/equipments which needs to be preserved to owner's storage point and dumping the old equipments / generated scrap material(other than structural steel & Reinforcement steel) to the designated place inside Refinery premises and shifting of structural steel & Reinforcement steel outside Refinery which shall be the propoerty of contractor as per EIC instructions.

Demolishing / dismantling, shifting of Reinforcement Steel outside Refinery premises which shall be the Property of contractor
