Providing, Fixing and Commissioning of Split type AC of 1.5 ton, 3 Star Rating. The AC shall be Suitable for 230 +/- 10% volts, 50 Hz Ac supply. The cost of including piping / Electrical Wire between indoor & outdoor up to two meter with sleeve in type insulation I/C M.S brackets/stand for outdoor until as per manufactures standard i.e. for fixing on wall or floor/terrace as per site requirements complete in the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The AC EER not less than 3.55 supply with Copper condenser. 1.5 Ton Capacity of nominal cooling capacity 4500 kilo calories/Hr./18000 BTU/Hr. with permissible variation of +/- 10%. Room discharge air flow 650 cfm indoor Nosier level not exceed 50 db. Refrigent 410 A/R32. Machine should have in built gas leak detector. The make should be Carrier/ Hitachi/ Toshiba/ Mitsubishi or its equivalent. There should be warrantee of 3 years in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing voltage stabilizer 4 KVA for AC of 1.0 Ton and above with MCB, TDR volt meter copper winding input range 180-250 volt single phase including cost of copper wire from stabilizer to AC unit with M.S. Body of 22 gauge sheet powder coated. Make: V-Guard/Microtek/Luminous.

Providing and fixing of 28 gauge copper piping between indoor & outdoor unit complete with sleeve type Kini insulation including the cost of chasing of brick wall, RCC & repairing the same in good conditions as per site requirement to the size & design of manufacture. size of copper pipe 5/8"x3/8"

Providing & Fixing PVC rigid drain pipe 25mm (3/4") dia of Diplast/ finolex make complete in all respects from indoor unit to disposal points as directed by Engineer in charge complete in all respects.

Supply & Erection of PVC Insulated (sheathed) Copper Conductor Cable ISI marked size 3 core 2.5 mm2. Supply & Erection of ISI Marked PVC insulated 3 core 2.5mm2 cable of Copper Conductor (Sheathed) make Finolex/ Lapp/ Polycab/ Cirtina/ Havell's/ left barrel/ Panasonic in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe/pole etc. (i) Cable size 3 core 2.5 mm2 Copper Conductor 1100 Volts Grade. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing suitable size G.I. box with modular plate and cover in FRLSont on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. DSR 1.32

S/F PVC Conduit: Supplying & Fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 25 mm DSR 1.21.2

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit as required. Size: 2x2.5 sq. mm + 1x2.5 sq. mm earth wire DSR 1.7.2

Supply and Erection of Stand for Outdoor unit of 1.0/1.5 Ton Air Conditioners. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F modular boxes, base & cover plate: Supplying and fixing following size/modules, G.I. box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches Anchor/ Havell's/ Panasonic/ Philips or it's terminal equivalent make in recess etc as required. 1 or 2 Module (75mmX75mm) DSR 1.27.1

S/F modular type switch/socket: Supplying and fixing following modular switch /socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate Anchor/ Havell's/ Panasonic/ Philips or it's terminal equivalent make in recess etc as required.

AMC of AC for the 1st Year free

AMC for 2nd Year:- Split AC unit CMC (Comprehensive maintenance Contract) i.e. 2 wet service, any breakdown call, frigered and compression also. Expect plastic part only. Contractor has to visit the product as and when call/ complaint received and to be in working condition all the time. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Major Product is having warrantee of 3 Years)

AMC for 3rd Year:- Split AC unit CMC (Comprehensive maintenance Contract) 4195 x 10% increment (419.5+4195= 4614.50) (4614.50 x 6 = 27687)
