Routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of Soot blower, Cutting and welding work, Rewinding,overhauling and painting works of electrical motors,laying of new cables of Unit 6and7, 2X500MW DTPP Anpara for the period one year.

Routine/Preventive/ Breakdown maintenance of Soot Blower system:

Routine operation/ Preventive maintenance of Soot blower system along with 0.4 KV Soot blower modules, Limit switch, Soot blower motors of Unit 6&7, 2X500MW, DTPP, Anpara for the period one year.

Breakdown maintenance of 0.4KV modules and closed loop control circuit of LRSB/ wall blowers/ APH blowers.

Checking, servicing/ repairing of Rotary and Traverse wall blowers/ LRSB/ APH blower limit switches, push button, on/off contact and Checking of all defective control cables with Meggar as and when required.

Breakdown maintenance of Cutting & welding work:

Arresting the leakage from ½” and 1” impulse line by cutting & welding.

Replacement of damaged 1” impulse line by cutting & welding with proper coupling, adopter, tail nipples, clamping & required bends. (Including high pressure joint of SS/CS).

Replacement of damaged ½” impulse line by cutting & welding with proper coupling, adopter, tail nipples, clamping & required bends. (including High pressure joint of SS/CS).

Replacement of damaged ½” Condensate pot for level transmitter, hydra step etc.

Fabrication & modification in end fitting of pressure/ temperature gauges & switches, transmitter, solenoid valve, transmitter manifolds.

Replacement of purging system of Bowl mill including welding, cutting of hardware fitting and impulse pipes, modification of air line in HAG/CAG and HAD/CAD etc.

Disconnection, Removal of old & damaged junction boxes, reinstallation of new junction boxes & re-commissioning of associated C&I field equipment including replacement of control wires, conduits, ferrules, glands, lugging.

Repairing of LIE & EER panels by repairing of doors of enclosures ie denting and shaping in proper shape, replacing the hinges in the existing manner, rubber sealing of the door. Repairing of locking system, blocking of holes, sealing of panels by sealing compound, painting inside and outside the panels by priming with zinc oxide and water proof enamel color. Tag writing of services inside and outside the panels and replacing the terminals and rewiring all the existing wiring by new one.

Fault finding and rectification of existing cables and laying of new cables

Fault finding and its rectification in existing cables if required to replace the damaged one.
