MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF CERTAIN ELECTRICAL SUBSTATIONS FOR HANGERS AIRFIELDS AT AFA HYDERABAD

Maintenance & Operation of Eastern Annexes -and sub station No 8 ( Twin Hanger receiving Sub Station) and connected HT/LT eqpts, OH lines, UG cables etc at twin hangar and Eastern Annexes area, runway huts street lights etc to attend the break down complaints, maint & operation of HT/LT OH lines, Panels and connected items such as HT/LT breakers, GOS, fuses/MCBs/MCCB's Contactors/Isolators etc, attending the electrical HT/LT faults, and Operating of DG Set 500 KVA rectifying the same etc, for three shifts each shift of 8 hrs duration,and Maintaining of Records/ Log sheets and documents complete allas specified and directed. Substations to be operated round the clock including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) 01 Electrician in each shift for three shifts each shift of 8 hours duration and shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable relievers to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, Second Shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs

Maintenance and operation of Sub Station No 6 & Area, connected HT/LT equipments OH lines, UG cables etc at CEO Complex, Safety Equipment Section, Parachute Section, Academy Armoury, Security Section, MT & Fire Section, IT Section, E&I lab, Mechanical Workshop, Ration Store, Logistic Section, 44 Eqpt Depot and Street lights etc Sub Station No 7 and connected HT/LT equipments UG cables etc at ATC Tower Flying Faculty, Radism Building, CADF Hut, Doppler Weather, HQ Building, ATCOTE, Safety Bay, Run way Hut, Tarmac Shelter, and street lights etc . for three shifts each shift of 8 hrs duration by receiving / attending break down complaints and maintaining of Records/Log sheets, repairs to LT panels and connected items such as internal and external fittings and fixtures, MCBs etc., attending the electric LT/HT faults and rectify the circuits faults etc, Substations to be operated round the clock including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) 01 Electrician in each shift for three shifts each shift of 8 hours duration shall be employed for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, Second Shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs

Maintenance and Operation of Lift at 14 AFH with one operator per shift for three shifts each shift of 8 hours for lift of capacity of 23 passengers stretcher/bed type, including Sundays and Holidays all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : (i) 01 Operator in each shift for three shifts each shifts of 8 hours duration shall be employed for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, Second Shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs (i) Lift ,controle room, DG Set area shall be cleaned and maintained well as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and Operation of Lift, Fire Pump House at Doppler Weather Radar Building with one operator in General shift of 8 hours for passengers cum goods lift of capacity of 10 passengers (2000 kgs) , including Sundays and holidays (for maintenance and cleaning purpose only) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) 01 Operator shall be employed in each shift of 8 hours duration for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- (General Shift 0700 hrs to 1500 hrs (Shift timing may be altered as per ground requirement) (iI) Lift ,controle room, DG Set area shall be cleaned and maintained well as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

The contractor shall not pay less than the: (i) Minimum fair wages as notified by GOI/concerned State Govt/Local body whichever is high to workers engaged

(ii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of contribution of employer towards EPF,ESIC,Bonus etc (Except LWC)

(iii) The payment shall be made through online Adhar Linked Bank Account/RGTS/NEFT only and no physical payment accepted

(iv) Documentry proof for payment of wages through online Adhar Link Account shall be produced. Also the documentry proof for payment of EPF/ESIC shall be produced against each labour . No RAR payment/FB shall be entertained in the absence of these details

(v) No LWC being deducted on this contract

(vi) GST and all other statutary deductions/taxes shall deem to be considered in the quoted rates.

Note for Item Nos 1 to 4 :-

(vii)The quoted rate deemed to be excluding the cost of other repairs/overhauling work.

(viii) The entire Surrounding Area of Installations panels shall be cleaned and maintained well as directed by Engineering-in-charge.

(ix)Necessary printed log sheet (as per prescribed proforma)shall be provided by the contractor for which the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(x) The contractor shall provide minimum two pairs of uniform duly printed with the companys name in the shirts and one pair of industrial shoe to his employee. The samples of uniform shall be got approved by the Garrison Engineer before procurement.

(xi) Necessry hand tool and Safety Equipment as listed bellow. to be provided to the operator, in each installition , which shall be handed over to operator afetr completion of evry shift. (a) Side cuttiing piler 8"-01 No. (b) Adjustable spanner 8" -01 No. (c) Ball pin Hammer 500gms-01 No. (d) screw Driver 10" -01 No. (e) Line Tester (230V) -01 No. (f) Screw Driver Set . (g) Test Lamp - 01 No. (h) Tool bag of suitble size -01 No. (j) Rechrageable LED Torch Light -01 No ((k) Fibre Helmet 01 No (l) First Aid Box - 01 Set. (m) Electric Shock Treatment chart (as per sample) -01 No. The Cost of above said necessary hands tool and safety equipment to be come by the contractor and necessry amount shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

(xii )Mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned JE/AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone and Sim card to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AFA Campus for security point of view. Only simple basic phone shall have to be provided). Cost of regular recharge shall have to be borne by contractor. The amount of recharge shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
