Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying chemical water proofing treatment with five coats of polymer Raintite & 0.30 kg/sq mtr/coat (1 part Raintite -0.5 part cement) coating by sand witching fiber mesh over one coat of polymer primer coat of Raintite & 0.20 kg/sq. mtr (1 part Raintite, 8 part water, 2part cement) followed by cleaning the surface throughly, repairing the damaged surface and cracks with polymer mortar @ 0.16 kg/bag of cement /1 part Rintite diluted with 1 part water, 2 part cement, and 1 parts fine sand). Injection grouting with cement slurry by admixing non shrink grout, making PCC coving/gola all around at junction of vertical-horizantal surfaces, The vital technical parameters of the material shall be as under - Chemical base Acrylic based multipurpose polymer density -1.03 kg/L at 28 deg C and polymer content-28.0 % by weight. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.
