All as per item No 01 here-in-before but one coat of white washing on ceiling.

M&L for 2 coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified.

M&L for joint free non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with joint free non skid tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 for all as laying floor finishes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on vertical faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as skirtings, dado etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital wall tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm/ 600x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaced wall as backing coat of cement mortar 1:4.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 25mm thick Granite (Jet black) of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking plate form, widow sill and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade granite.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8, using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete.
