M&L for 15mm thick external plastering on walls in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete, incl of taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will measured and paid separately)

Repair of damaged RCC ceiling, columns and beams, including removal of loose/deteriorated plaster/concrete (5mm to 40mm depth), cleaning of exposed reinforcement using wire brush and tacha hammer, applying two coats of rust remover (Sika Rust Off or equivalent) with 6-hour drying, one coat of anti-rust treatment (Dr. Fixit Repair Pro or equivalent) with additional 6-hour drying, providing grit concrete (1:1:1) (5mm to 40mm depth) mixed with Fosroc or equivalent latex bonding agent to cover and protect reinforcement, with minimum 6-hour setting time, including all material, labour, tools, and curing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of external walls by mechanized wire brush machine and preparation of surfaces by cleaning and washing. Note : 1. Washing shall be carried out by mechanized means and by jet washing (90-150 bar) as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying two or more coats on old prepared surfaces with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkalie and fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9L/10sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. MOU between contractor and approved paint manufacturer shall be submitted by Contractor for Pre,during and Post work completion site inspections.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters and figures (Block, roman, italic or indian) not exceeding 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and applying Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and can bear upto 10 bar hydrostatic pressure by using Asian paints Smartcare Damp Proof Ultra or equivalent and having Sun Reflectivity Index(SRI) of 106.59 on vertical/horizontal surfaces upto G+4 storeys in three coats@10 liter/10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dilution with wateer in the ratio of 3:1) and second coat of undilutated elastomeric waterproofing liquid, followed by 3rd and final coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 200 microns) with waterproofing guarantee of 10 years. Prior to all this activity surface preparation to be done by removing Dust, Algae, Fungus, Oil, grease, etc and crack filling after making V-section groove by Smartcare Textured or equivalent crack filler wherever required. For Tile mosaic surface use Smartcare Terrrace Tile primer or equivalent for better adhesion. Use geotextile fleece for accessible terraces. The item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumable, Scaffolding, etc.
