Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall be registered KPWD/ CPWD Class-II above contractor.

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have full fill the following requirements prescribed in the as per standard tender documents. for the last 5 years, i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24.

Satisfactorily completed at least one similar type of work amounting to Rs. 6,35,234/-

Bidder should produce the financial turnover of the previous Five years (2019-20 & 2023-24) duly certified by Chartered Accountant. Bidder should have achieved in any one of the above financial years a minimum financial Turnover ( in all classes of civil engineering construction works only ) for Rs 12,70,467.48

Financial status and capacity supported by Line of credit/solvency certificate issued by the schedule/Nationalized Banks for Rs. 6,35,234/- or single certificate of total sum value equivalent to total number of the works & shall be obtained after the date of publish of this notification in favor the Superintending Engineer (Elecl), Transmission (Works & Maintenance) Circle, KPTCL, Bagalkot shall be scanned and uploaded.

Contractor should furnish GST Registration Certificate.

Contractor should furnish GST clearance certificate / Sufficient documentary proof of GST paid for the month of October-2024.

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded (should furnish degree certificate of technical & declaration of employment with details).

Name, address, and telephone, telex, and fax numbers of the Tenderers bankers who may provide references if contacted by the Employer.

Contractor should be EPF holder and should furnish EPF registration certificate, if not, Self-declaration should be furnished with satisfactory reasons for non-applicable of EPF.

Contractor should be ESI holder and should furnish ESI registration certificate.

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. (Refer Standard Tender documents Section 2: A General- Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) -3.2)

Bidder should upload self declaration that his firm is not in BLACK list of any Govt. organization/ Govt. undertaking sectors/PSU. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents

Bidder should upload self declaration for being Kannadiga and also candidates engaging by him for work must be kannadigas. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents).

Bidder should upload self declaration for his firm being responsible for any fake and false declarations. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents).

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years in any organization. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV (Joint Venture) may result in rejection of bid. Bidder should furnish the self declaration stating the above and upload the same along with other documents in the relevant field in the e procurement portal failing which the offer is liable to be rejected. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents).
