Comprehensive Annual maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Fighting System installed in Maha Adhivakta Building at Prayagraj CAMC for Basement to 5th Floor and Man Power for Basement to 9th Floor

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Service of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting System and Sprinkler System installed at Maha Adhivakta Building. [CAMC for Basement to 5th Floor and Man-Power for Basement to 9th Floor] This contract comprises as per Annexure-A attached with NIT:- (1) Servicing of all types of fire pumps, valves, air release valves fire pumps and their control panels. (2) Automatic Sprinkler System (3) Valve replacement. (4) Repair of damaged pipeline as and where ever required. (5) Hose reel pipes/hose pipes.(6) One time service of the entire system.(7) Replacement of the required parts of Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler & Fire Fighting System for the smooth functioning of the system. Refilling of fire extinguishers shall covered under site CAMC work. Manpower for the manning and operation: One engineer overlooking entire operations, in the general shift/emergency. One fire alarm and one fire fighting technician, together with one helper, shall be required, per shift per day x 3shifts. One stand by to take care of absences. 1- Scope of work as per attached with NIT.
