GE U/CHM-16/2024-25 Refilling of chlorine gas, supply of other disinfection materials for water supply / STP and repair of chlorine supply system under GE U Chandimandir

Supply only Gas Chlorine duly filled in cylinder of 100 Kilogram capacity, purchased from authorised dealer of main manufacturer, with filling ratio by weight not exceeding 1:19 with respect to the water capacity of each container, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :(i) Empty cylinder will be issued by Department for filling through proper gate pass. (ii) Empty cylinder shall be tested to hydrostatic strength test at a pressure of 30 Kg/cm2 as per gas cylinder rules 2004 of Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organisation.Test certificate of each cylinder with Ser Number shall be supplied by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall be responsible for safety of cylinders and any unforseen incident in transit. (iv) Cost of testing of cylinder and transportation from Pump Houses at Chandimandir Mil Stn to Authorized Agency for testing and filling is deemed to be included in the quoted rate . (v) Test certificate issued by authorised agency shall be submitted by the contractor for each consignment of gas while claiming the payment.

Supply only Alum Ferric Gde-I in the form of solid lumps, suitable for treatment of Water, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Alum Crystal Non-Ferric with 85% purity, conforming to BIS-260-2001 (2nd revison), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 70% Hydrated lime grade 'A' (Unslaked) suitable for drinking purpose, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Poly Electrolyte in powder form for sewage water treatment in STP, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) liquid in 50 litres bucket with 99% purity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement motor coupling rubber of sizes 55 mm, 75 mm and 95 mm, 1st quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal/ brass control valve for chlorine gas cylinder complete all as specified and directed. Make : Tekno/Denfoss / Leader

Supply only copper sulphate crystal type laboratory grade suitable for purification of swimming pool water, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only soda ash superior quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only calcium based granular hypo chlorite disinfectant for water treatment, packed in sealed drum of capacity upto 45 Kgs, with minimum 65% to 70% chlorine content, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of Concentrated Solution of Hydrochloric acid (HCL Packed in sealed can/drum of capacity upto 5Ltr)

Supply of concentreated Solution of Sulphuric acid (H2SO4 Packed in sealed can/drum of capacity upto 5Ltr)

Supply only OT solution for chlorine test (500 ml pack), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chlorine test kit with coloured sample complete with all testing fitments, in rexine finish box, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Industrial salt with 99% purity water soluble Make: TATA or equivalent as approved by GE.

Note for item No 1 to 7, 10 to 15 here-in-before:-The quality of materials shall be conforming to BIS specifications and the source of supply/make shall be as approved by GE.
