SCH A- PART I REPLACEMENT OF 125 KVA DG SET AGAINST BER FOR CGAE GOA, CGASD GOA AT TECHNICAL AREA GOA. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep for laying cables/pipes, etc. and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand filling in trenches for cable protection with screened river washed sand, 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punning down the same to 18cm complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Punning down thickness of sand will be measured & paid only]

Supply and laying Unreinforced Precast concrete cable cover factory fabricated duly embossed "LOW VOLTAGE" ISI marked, class LV and type I flat of size 250 x 150 x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc.50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tube medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing BER 125 KVA DG set with all electric connection and shifting to MES store including unloading, stacking and demolising old PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning, factory assembled silent Diesel Engine driven generator set, fully wired alternator AC to give an out put of 125 KVA continuously rating at a power factor 0.8 lagging, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz ± 1% supply, 1500RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel & other accessories etc and comprising of following:-

Diesel Engine: Water cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation with the following accessories:- Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing with system with radiator and including electronic governor control, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and suitable for electric start with batteries of adequate capacity and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete.

(a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard.

(b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping.

(c ) Corrosion inhibitor coolant

(d) Paper element filters

(i) Fuel

(ii) Lube oil

(iii) By pass

(e) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit alternator.

(f) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing.

(k) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows.

(n) Exhaust piping made out of STIC C class, MS pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary supports scaffolding as per manufacturer's recommendations to sustain back pressure with rain cap.

(o) Mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree Celsius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet o 30 gauge for the entire length of exhaust pipe.

(p) First fill of oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning and 12 hours testing.

(q) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity batteries control.

(r ) Fuel pipe class STIC 1" /1.5" /2" dia - 01 lot

(s) Self starter 12 volts DC.

(t) Electric operated electronic governor.

(u) Fuel injection pump.

(v) Electronic instrument panel, complete with all accessories as per manufacturer's specifications displaying the following:-

(i) battery voltage

(ii) Water temperature.

(iii) lubricating oil pressure.

(iv) Engine speed.

(w) Safety control (Trip and indication).

(i) High water temperature

(x) Base frame: Sturdy, fabricated welded construction, channel iron base frame (duly painted) for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's design alonwith AVM pads.

(y) Battery:-1No. 12 volts DC, 180AH, maintenance free battery with leads & terminals (Make- Excide/Amron).

(z) Fuel tank: 230 Ltrs. full load diesel storage capacity fuel tank with mounting brackets factory made of 5mm thick HR/MS sheet with level indicator fuel inlet, fuel outlet, air vent, drain plug, in let arrangement for diesel filling fro exterior canopy (without opening its panel) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Alternator: Suitable rated at 125 KVA factor , 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR brushless excitation, screen protected, drip proof , insulation class H IP -23, self ventilated and conforming to BS: 5000 / IS: 4722 suitable for engine as mentioned here-in before.

Acoustic Enclosure:- Acoustic enclosure for the above 125 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to <75 dB measured at 1.0 meter distance for audible frequencies as per guide of Central Pollution Control Board and size 3200 x 1300 x 1795mm and manufacturer's specification and comprising of following from authorised GOEMs of Gen Set manufacturer's specified :-

(i) Sound insulation : 100mm thick Rock wool (Density 64 Kg/Cum).

(ii) Outer body : 1.6mm thick CRCA

(iii) Door : 1.6mm thick CRCA

(iv) Base frame : ISMC 300

(v) Inside illumination : 1 No.- 1 x 18 watt FTL fitting of make Phillips/ Bajaj/ Crompton.

AMF Control panel:- Factory fabricated cubicle type, free standing, floor mounted, indoor type, IP-52, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear panels & hinged front panel for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet including two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc and comprising of following:

(i) AMF control circuit with 4 pole MCCB 40 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu-35 KA at 415 volts and microprocessor release conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I with breaking capacity Ics=Icu at 415 volts of 16 KA, thermal overload setting 70% to 100%, short circuit setting 5 to 10 times-02 Nos. for main supply & DG set supply with HRC back up fuse complete with all DC control relays/ Line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating motorised stored energy operating Engine start, stop, three attempt starting facility and failure to start etc.

(ii) Digital load manager : Three phase 4 wire indicating V,I,PF, KVA, KW, F of Enercon make with serial communication port model No.EM6400 with class 1.0 accuracy meter or equivalent make suitable rating of CT per phase- one No.

(iii) Indication lamp R, Y, B with 3 Nos. of 2A HRC fuses-10 sets.

(iv) Bottom gland plate for incoming and outgoing cables.

(v) Circuit diagram plate.

Note:-The fuel for final testing of 12 hours shall be supplied by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the above offer. All other necessary equipments like resistance load strip heater of suitable capacity/rating and any other items required for final testing shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing LT 11 KV UG serviceable cable of 3.5 core 70/120 Sq mm from trenches / floors/ walls and relaying / diversion / jointing the same in the new trenches / new location complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm dia by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and medium grade GI pipe 40mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning factory made outdoor LT Panel board CPRI OUTDOOR type tested, weather/vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet in cubical pattern of suitable size, duly powder coated with front opening, floor mounted free standing type and compartmentalized construction, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply having 3 phase and neutral, 3 Nos aluminium bus bar of 300 Amps and neutral bus bar of 200 amps capacity duly insulated with heat shrinkable colour coated sleeve complete and painted wtih powder coating 7 tank process with locking arrangement complete and IP 52 class protection and mounted on base angle iron 50x50x5mm, grouted with PCC (1:3:6) foundation / bedding up to height of 30 cm above groung level and the job includes dismantling of existing LT panel carefully without damaging incoming cables and connecting to proposed place complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall comprises of following items accessories (DG Panel):-

(a)MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole with micro processor release of 36 KA breaking capacity 01 No (Incoming) and earth fault relay

(b)MCCB 100 Amps 4 pole ( micro processor release of 36 kA breaking capacity - 01 Nos (Outgoing)

(b)MCCB TP 63 Amps 3 pole ( micro processor release - 02 Nos (01-Outgoing & 01- Spare)

(c)Internal All links with copper conductor of adequate capacity

(d)Voltmeter Digital.

(e)Ammeter Digital.

(f) RYB indicator shall be provided.

Note : (i) Contractor shall submit manufacturers test sheet alongwith CPRI type test certificate for the LT panel. (ii) Bus bars shall be provided with heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be colour coded. (iii) The panels shall be colour coded. The panels shall be suitable for cable entry from bottom. (iv) All wires and cables used will be of FRLS. (v) 2 Nos earthing terminals shall be provided in panel.

SCH A- PART II REPLACEMENT OF HPSV HIGH BAY LIGHT FITTINGS OF HANGERS P -532 & P-448 WITH LED FITTINGS AT CGASD GOA Supply and fix in replacement LED high bay light fitting 200 watt complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj Cat Part No BGHB 200W LEDGIV (Duranto Led High Bay Light) or similar in makes as mentioned in Particular specification.

S & F of Wiring for circuit/submain wiring of (2x1.5 sqmm main wire & 1 x 1.5 sqmm earth wire) of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface drawn though PVC conduit of size 20 mm as required including removal of all old wiring and accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 2 run of 1.5 Sqmm & one run of 1.5 Sqmm earth wire alongwith PVC conduit with acessories will be measured as one run.

Dismantling and taking down for any wattage or size high bay light fittings including all accessories with pole fixing attachment complete all as specified and directed.
