Dismantling of bricks (laid fllat or on edge) or brick tiles and interlocking tiles laid dry and laid dry and pointed in floors, channels, kerbs,apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC(1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) with grey cement and pigment , complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (I) Design, shade and pattern of fixing of interlocking paver block tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE. (II) sand used in bedding layer shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (modular size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (modular size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and remove rubbish from site of work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 ,1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including , plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.;and mass concrete etc complete as specified and as diredted.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain with and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling and clean wooden saw dust in the ratio of 50% of compacted sand filling and 50% compacted clean saw dust including removing the old material from firing range having the height upto 6.00 mtr height in sloped area and maintain the slope as required,complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge
