Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable, pipes etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes)each not exceeding 0.5 cum.getting out in hard/ dense soil,returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 , Type C2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 , Type - D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bends, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and thelikeincluding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls , finish even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface of walls, with and including two coats of cement base paint ,over with and including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material/soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as spefied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
