Part - A (PERCENTAGE TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT ONLY WHICH IS INCLUSIVE OF CP&OH) MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE ASSETS AND SUPPLY OF WATER TANKERS FOR ARBORICULTURE PURPOSE AT R&D ESTATE, TECHNICAL AREA, RESIDENTIAL AREA AND DRDO TRAINING CENTRE AT DL, JODHPUR AND THERMAL FOGGING AND SPRAY OF INSECTICIDES SERVICES TO RESIDENTIAL ESTATE AT DL JODHPUR BY DEPLOYMENT OF FOLLOWING MANPOWER :- (i) Supervisor ( Skilled) - 1 No (ii) Gardener / Mali / Garden Labour - 15 Nos Total Manpower : 16 Nos (Continued to 1.001)

GST @ 18% On Manpower Amount Rs. 42,79,623.12

Cost for Potted Plants and its Maintenance @ 2% on Manpower Amount without EPF & ESI. (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Note: (i) The total amount earmarked in this head is Rs. 99,522.09 Which is inclusive CPOH & GST @18%. (ii) The amount is to be utilised for purchase of potted plants and its further maintenance. (iii) The amount will be reimbursed/ paid against actual expenditure made (restricted to the estimate amount on not exceedable basis) on submission of paid vouchers submitted by contractor of payments duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge & Estate Manager to the concerned authorities.

Charges for Disposal of Garbage / Arbo Waste @ 3% on Manpower Amount without EPF & ESI. (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Note: (i) The total amount earmarked in this head is Rs. 1,49,283.14 Which is inclusive CPOH & GST @18%. (ii) The amount is to be utilised for disposal of Garbage / Arbo waste DAILY using suitable vehicle and will be paid as per actual based on the lead limit mentioned in Note (iii) and (iv) below. (iii) Amount of Rs. 4,146.75 per month will be paid for the disposal of wastes within / out side the campus at the prescribed location as approved by Engineer-In Charge / concerned lab representative within lead limit of 02 Km. (iv) Amount of Rs. 12,440.26 per month will be paid for the disposal of wastes within / out side the campus at the prescribed location as approved by Engineer-In Charge / concerned lab representative outside lead limit of 02 Km. Payment shall be made on production of documentary proof of daily trips outside lead limit of 2Km.

Cost for Tools Plants and Machineries (TPM) @ 4% and for Manure, Fertilizer and Pesticide, Good Earth etc @ 6%. (total @ 10%)on Manpower Amount without EPF & ESI. (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Note: (I) The total amount earmarked in this head is Rs. 4,97,610.46 Which is inclusive CPOH & GST @18%. (ii) The amount is to be utilized for purchase of TPM, Manure, Good Earth, Fertilizers and pesticides etc and further maintenance of arboriculture / Horticulture Assets. (iii) The amount will be reimbursed/ paid against actual expenditure made (restricted to the estimate amount on not exceedable basis) on submission of paid vouchers submitted by contractor of payments duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge & Estate Manager to the concerned authorities.

PART-C (PER TRIP RATE TO BE QUOTED IN THIS ITEM) (Supply of Water Tankers for maintenance of arboriculture assets at R&D Residential Area, Technical Area and DRDO Training Centre at DL Jodhpur) Supply of water for maintenance of arboriculture assets at DL Jodhpur each tanker capacity being 5000 ltr. Note : (i)One trip consist of filling of water tankers from filling point as designated by local Jal/Water board authorities and unloading the water at earmarked location or around arboriculture works being maintained or sumps with the help of pipes and pump all as directed by Estate Manager or his authorized rep or OIC Works at DL Jodhpur. (ii) The quoted rates shall be inclusive of labour charges for loading, unloading and distribution of water, CP, OH and GST (as applicable). (iii) Refer Water Supply Instructions for terms and conditions, Appendix-'K' related to Supply of water under this item. (iv) The bidder shall not quote zero rate. Zero rate will make the entire bid non-bonafide and is liable to be rejected.. (v) The rate given in BOQ are indicative and have been put for validation of BOQ. Bidders are instructed to be careful while quoting their actual rates.

PART-D (PER TRIP RATE TO BE QUOTED IN THIS ITEM) Fogging and Spray of Insecticide RESIDENTIAL ESTATES DL JODHPUR Spray of insecticide using fogging machine including diesel for running machine & manpower for spray using 5 per cent Malathion in kerosene/diesel (1 litre of technical Malathion in 19 litres of diluents) OR 0.1 per cent Pyrethrum extract in kerosene/diesel (1 litre 2% Pyrethrum extract mixed with 19 litres of diluents) as per WHO standards and/or as directed by Estate Manager Note: i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of CP & OH, GST@18%. ii) Payment will be made per trip as per quoted rates based on terms and conditions given in SCC at Appx G. Iii) One trip will comprise of external fogging around all residential buildings, transit facilities, amenities, connecting roads, parks, playground etc ensuring suitable no. of passes of thermal fogging covering all RESIDENTIAL ESTATES DL JODHPUR. (iv) The bidder shall not quote zero rate. Zero rate will make the entire bid non-bonafide and is liable to be rejected..
