Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ±1mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.

30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. ‘U’ cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness . The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing necessary repairs to the damaged wooden windows/doors by removing the door shutter (either by cutting/ burning the hinges using gas welding machine at site or by removing the shutter after removing the screws and butt hinges as the case may be) and refixing the door in original position after removing the bend/ undulations in the door (members either horizontal or vertical or replacing the member it self (if required) including making good the damaged portion with necessary enamel painting (two or more coats over a coat of steel primer) all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge. Note: The approximate door area to be repaired shall be 2.5sqm (2) The cost of MS sections if used shall be paid separately

The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Necessary grouting of wornout tile joints in flooring and dado with a mixture of white cement admixed with water proofing compound with matching colouring pigment including pointing and rounding the edges wherever required , all complete as directed by EIC

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) mixing integral water proofing compound (200 ml liquid compound for 50 kg of cement or as specified by manufacturer) finishing top surface with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry mixed with integral water proofing compound (200 ml liquid compound for 50 kg of cement or as specified by manufacturer) to match the existing treatment, marking a grid of 300mmx300mm in chequrred pattern in finished surface complete as directed. (rate includes necessary scaffolding/ladder arrangement)

Water proofing treatment over RCC surface with Zycosil / equivalent water profing solution [1 Litre Zycosil / equivalent & 20 litres of water stirred first & 2 litres of Zycoprime / equivalent added and stirred (total 23 litres)] till it meats the saturation level and testing as per RIELM or by water drops test in which water drop do not absorb but drop remains or rolls.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
