(Note: After painting ,cleaning of all floors,glass & furniture by own arrangement).

Material & Labour for preparing old plastered / decorated surface of wall including cornices etc by brooming down and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Material and Labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the dark shade of the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No. 22 here-in-before but as in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM. 1:4 as backing coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any descriptionn or thickness kin floors, aprons etc.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.
