Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil for pipe trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with approved soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 metres and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of dry sand in trenches for proper cushioning of LT cable below and above the LT cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for old size bricks sub class 'B' laid in trenches for cable protection laid flat adjacent to each other and length perpendicular to direction of cable all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply , install , testing and commisioning of 40 KVA SILENT Diesel Generator Set with CPCB II approved acoustic enclosure comprising of radiator cooled Diesel engine developing 52 BHP at 1500 RPM ,complete with standard accessories , coupled to alternator rated at 40 KVA at 1500 volts , mounted on channel iron base frame complete with fuel tank of suitable capacity with manual control panel and 12 volts suitable batteries . (A) ENGINE : Naturally aspirated/turbo charged after cooled water cooled continuous rated CPCB approved engine with 10% over load capacity capable of delivering BHP not less than 52 BHP at NTP at 1500 RPM suitable for direct coupling with single bearing alternator. (B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator of brushless type , copper wound , total enclosed, screen protected with class-H insulation , AVR , single bearing capable of developing not less than 40 KVA at site condition at 415 volts , 0.8 PF, 50HZ, 3 Ph, 4 wired, 1500 RPM and suitable for direct coupling with the above engine. (C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Prefabricated factory built , free standing , floor mounting type accoustic enclosure of modular construction suitable for accomodating 40 KVA engine alternator set, AMF type control panel , fuel tank etc . as per specifications and conditions attached, the Engine and enclosure shall conform to the environment(protection) act 1986 ( 29 of 1986) and the latest ammendments made to the rules vide ministry of environment and forest notifications, the EA sets shall have current and valid CPCB Certificate of authorised agencies. AMF Panel with suitable contactors and MCCBs for 40 KVA DG set. Note :- Necessary earth work, foundation and plinth work as per recommendation of the manufacturer is included in the rate of the item.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm , thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level ,connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no-3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including main earthing,charcoal,common salt,PCC1:3:6,Type C-2 earth pit with RCC Cover,MS funnel with GI watering pipe ,GI strip protection pipe 40 mm wiremesh,earth work excavation etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note:-GI earth strip and protection pipe will be measured and paid separately beyond 7.50 Mtr)
