Material and Labour for concealed point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor in PVC conduit with cable 2.5 Sqmm size 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 in new metal flush box of 1.6 mm thick including one coat of syenthetic enamelled black paint with new modular white cover plate with frame of suitable size of required colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers including single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and earth terminal box drawn in same concealed conduit for Modular power socket Indepentent board complete all specified and directed. Note :- Cutting chases for concealed conduit point wiring and making good in cement mortar and matching with existing wall surface is deemed included in unit rate.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thrmostate, NRV, connection piece etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular socket 6/16 Amps 6 pin combined modular type 2 Module, shuttered type, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed..

S&F switch 16 Amp rating Modular type, 1 Module, one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN 6-32 Amps 'C' Series 10 KA 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed fancy type chromium plated 15 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing 20 mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade conforming to IS 1239 (Part -1):2004 with all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part -2):2011 laid to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing 15 mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade conforming to IS 1239 (Part -1):2004 with all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part -2):2011 laid to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed fancy type chromium plated 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down, carefully the existing energy meter by deploying skilled manpower and depositing the same to store for safe custody after recording the final reading from the each meters and submitting the same to MES officicals complete all as specified and directed.
