Providing and fixing of wardrobe 2’-0” deep of approved design & make including shutters, partitioning with 19mm thick (water proof) ply board of approved make and quality including back covering of 6mm thick water proof ply and fixing 1mm thick mica of approved colour and make over the frame and shutter, as around including cost of all fixtures i.e. glazing, locking arrangements, handle etc. as per the directions of site Engineer. (complete Job)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters for doors, windows of Silver wood, using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1:4mm with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or / and black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick imported wooden paneling (T&G) including cost of 12mm thick ply wood base, touch wood polishing and nails etc all complete.

Providing and applying touch wood polish two or more coats of approved brand and manufacture complete.

P/F of 40mm x 40mm/2 size wooden cornice fixed with nails all complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface water including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade including scaffolding charges all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) all complete.

Providing and fixing Sanitary fittings/ fixtures of approved brand like Jaguar, Parko, Cera or equivalent. (as directed by EIC)
