Fabrication & Erection of Single pole support for LT-ABC line on 09 mtr long ST- Pole with fixing of necessary clamps and other acessories like I/J hook & suspension clamp etc (All required materials will be provided by contractor except ST pole).

Digging of pit in Kachcha/Pakka land upto depth 1/6 length of pole for erection of single pole with proper alignment for LT-line and refilling with ramming of earth.

Grouting of pole upto depth 1/6 of length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement, sand & brick balast as per RESPO norms (All required materials will be provided by contractor).

Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms (All required materials will be provided by contractor).

Painting of ST-pole including Steel part with one coat Red oxide & two coats of best quality enamel paint ISI marks as per RESPO norms (All required materials will be provided by contractor).

Erection of stay set 16x1800 mm by digging of pit of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 m including grouting, binding, nuzzling and fixing of Stay insulator with Stay wire of size 7/10 SWG (All the materials provided by contractor except Stay rod (complete set) and Stay wire).

Stringing and sagging of LT-line on ABC 3x120+1x95+1x16 Sqmm including jumperring with clamp as per norms (ABC will be provided by department).

Stringing and sagging of LT-line on ABC 3X50+1X35+1X16 Sqmm Sqmm including jumperring with clamp as per norms (ABC will be provided by department).

Erection and commisioning of LT distribution box 3-phase on LT-pole with necessary clamps (Clamps will be provided by contractor).

Disconnection of existing service cable of consumers and reconnection of service cable from LT-DB after commisioning of LT- Distribution box.

Earthing of poles with MS-Earthing Rod 20x2500 mm, Earth wire with Nut & bolts as per norms (All materials will be provided by contractor except MS-Earthing Rod).

Supply and fixing of required nut and bolts of different sizes.

Straightening of tilted pole.

Regrouting/concreting and plinthing upto 300 mm above from ground level of existing pole

Replacement of damage/broken clamp of existing pole for stringing ABC (Clamps will be provided by contractor).

Cutting/trimming of tree branches which are touching in LT-line.

Removing of Old Conductor of LT-line, Rolling back & Carriage upto store centre Daliganj/Dump store.
