| 3 | M & L for taking down radiator from DG Set of any type /make of capacity 25 to 50 KVA from base mounting , cleaning /descaling by using of air compressor and cleaning with suitable stain removal detergent along with chemical etc.; repair and servicing of radiator fan including greasing and rectifying radiator fan V belt tension ;rectifying water leakage by means of welding / brazing; including renewal of all connecting parts i.e. radiator hose pipe with clamps , bolts, nuts, washers, rubber bush packing material etc and re-assembling the radiator and fixing with DG set properly in original position, checking the alignment, making proper hose connection, testing for smooth operation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of renewed parts is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for the same. | 2 | Each Job | - | - |
