Dismantling, Shifting and Re-erection of existing 25 Mtrs High Mast system along with existing accessories, fittings and fixtures mounted thereof with the help of suitable tools and plant. Existing high mast shaft in three sections should be installed suitable for 55m/Sec wind speed, suitable to install existing 12 Nos flood light luminaries focusing one side of mast, complete with wiring materials, 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Detailed Technical data sheet attached as Appx -A)

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete with steel reinforcement for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sqmtr at 2.50 meter depth below ground level and 0.30 mtr above ground level with all material and labour, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and template etc as per specification and drawing attached as per Appx- A

Dismantling, shifting and Re-erection of existing outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar of high mast along with existing accessories, fittings and fixtures mounted thereof complete with connection, providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 X 25 Sqmm size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying of PVC sheathed / XLPE Armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 X 25 Sqmm size. (make: Havells/Polycab/finolex)

Dismentiling, shifting and Re-erection of Existing BFL pole of 11 Mtr length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.
