Checking of capacitors and other components of capacitors, panel and dismantling of old damaged components of APFC panels i.e. capacitors, MCB, contactors, APFC relay , indicating lights and their power & control wiring connections with main busbar and incoming & outgoing circuits etc. as required.
Supply of heavy duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Ac complete with terminal cover and discharge device. Make:- STANDARD
Banking of capacitors of various capacities with multistrand copper wires & lugs /aluminium bus bars and mounting arrangement for parallel connection to form suitable rating capacitor bank
Supply of microprocessor based 12 Stage APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters. Make : Standard
Supply of capacitor duty contactors for capacitors rating 25 KVAr. Make : L&T / Schneider / GE / BCH / C&S
Supply of Triple pole MCB 63 A rating. Make : L&T / BCH / C&S / Schneider
Supply & fixing of LED type indication lights of various colours as required at site. Make : L&T / BCH / C&S / Schneider/ FTC / Technik
Installation of all components mentioned above using necessary hardware, including incomming/outgoing connections with copper wires, lugs, tapes etc as required at site
Servicing of complete APFC panel including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points, decabonising of joints, alighnment of doors, checking of all nuts & bolts etc as required at site.
Testing & commissioning of complete capacitor installation including following: 1. Meggering of complete capacitor installation using 500V megger. 2. Contnuity test for checking continuity of all circuits 3. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor
Comprehensive maintenance of APFC Panel after expiry of six months guarantee period by regular visits of firms engineer and all replacement of defective parts within AMC period to maintain power factor at 0.98 or better.
