Excavation in tranches in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipes in tranches and getting out including levelling of bottom surface and trimming of sides after removal of existing GI/HDPE pipes and fittings complted all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spearing levelling, waering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each excavated soft/hard soil in trenches after the pipes havew been laid and tested competed all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, Laying and testing in replacement 3 layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) & SDR 11 UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R Plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fitting for 20mm outer dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.Note Excavation an earth wrok shall be paid separately.

S&F in replacment Rotation moulded poly-ethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) tripple layer of capacity 5000 Ltr hoiseted and fixed in position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement PUF insulated cylndrical tank of capacity 500 Ltr Vertical type double layer duly filled with puf insulation superior quality to resist in temp -30 to +35 degree centigrade alongwith hiknged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specification :- Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material Outer 4mm thick FRP jointless casing of tank. Thickness of PUF insulation shall be 75mm Minimum density of PUF insulationshall be 44 kg per/cum+ 10%.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid block exc. 10 cm width and setting in CM 1:6 including demolition of block massonary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, filling and mass concrete complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of brickwork/concrete surface, finished fair and even complete all as specified.

S & F of brass Non- return valve (NRV) in replacement threaded type suitable for PPR pipe of 25 mm dia including suitable PPR sockets of thread type all as specified and directed.
