Out sourcing of services for Operation of Central Air conditioning Plant of Capacity 3 x 200 TR installed at PH-1 Bldg of MH Kirkee to maintain the desired temperature of 24±2 ºC for round the clock (Shift A: 0600hrs to 1400 hrs, Shift B: 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and Shift C: 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) with 01 operator for each shift on all days including sundays and holidays, including safe gaurding the following equipments all as specified and as directed.

Water cooled chiller unit 200TR capacity with screw compressor, refrigrant gas - R-407C filled, condensor, chiller, protection devices & valves, microprocessor based control unit. - 03 Nos Each (Make: KIRLOSKAR McQuay)

Centrifugal end suction pump set with motor of capacity 25HP/18.5KW for condensor pump - 03 Nos

Centrifugal end suction pump set with motor of capacity 60HP/48KW for chilled water pump - 02 Nos

Condenser water pipe line along with the control valves from condenser to cooling tower- 01 Lot

Insulated Chilled water pipe line along with the control valves, protection devices from chiller to various AHU's in Ph-I bldg - o1 lot.

Cooling tower of capacity 200 TR with storage tanks - 02 Nos (Make: MIHIR)

Air Handling units (Make : Blue star) of following capacities along with SAD/RAD, dampers, grills/diffusers, strip heaters & pan humidifier sensor & control devices/valves- 12 set.

General notes for Item No 1 a) Rate quoted by tenderer for the above items shall be deemed to be included for the expenditure of keeping genral cleanliness of the area of the installations complete including cutting of grass shrubs & vegitations around the installations. b) Protective clothing as per IS and safety instructions & tools required as applicable shall be provided by the contractor and shall be continuously in use of the operator on duty. No extra payment will be made to contractor for the same. c) Printed log sheet shall be provided and maintained by the contractor properly as per the format approved by Eng-In-Charge duly signed by all concerned and no extra cost shall be admissible for this account. d) ITI qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration with min 4 years experience in operation and maintenance of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration plant operations should be deployed by the contractor. Contractor shall arrange his man power in such a way that each emplyee should not be assigned more than one shift of 8 hours in a single day and weekly one day off is given to each employee for which separate manpower arrangement to be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. e) Any breakdown of AC Plant shall be reported immediately to JE E/M/Engr-in-Charge. f) Daily routine maintenance should be included in quoted rate. g) Life insurance of employed person shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost from any insurance company approved by IRDA . h) The tradesmen shall be well conversant with preventive measures (First Aid) in case of electrical accidents and fire fighting systems.
