Hacking out old broken glass of ( any thickness, size or quality from wooden or metal frame glazed with putty or beads/cleat etc complete

S&F 3mm thick figured glass with oil putty, ordinary quality not exc 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

S&F 3mm thick plain sheet glass fixed with oil putty, ordinary quality n exc. 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for 1-2 mm thick wall care cement based putty on walls to prepare the surface even and smooth and filling the cracks, holes etc complete and sanding of the puttied surface with mechanical wall sander to make the surface free from dust etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing of old distempered surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old plastered and unplastered applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Preparation, cleaning etc if required are included in above connected item)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces incl filling holes, cracks etc to give smooth surfaces by applying 1-2mm thick putty where required sanding/rubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.
