Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of river side raw water pump houseat RMS & filtration plant regularly for 24 hours, three shift per day of eight hours per shift (First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, Second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and Third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs next day) including sunday and holiday as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by a skilled Pump operator (FGM) and two helper (01 Pump operator and 02 helper in each shift) to operate the installation comprising of the following :- (a) Operation of raw water pumping set 07 x 40 HP & alonwith starter, LT panel connecting accessories as directed.. (b) Operation of compressor 1 x 100 HP for back washing. (c) Operation of Pumping set 1 x 10 HP for back washing. (d) Operation of pumping set 1 x 3 HP for coagulation tank. (e) Operation of raw water intake source with connecting accessories. (f) Cleaning of raw water inlet source / Sedimentation / Settling tank / All Channels / Sand Filters of various capacities and operation of different sizes valves. (g) Operation of Dosing pump for water treatment chemicals. (h) Maintenance / cleaning of all machineries, adding water treatment chemical as requirred (Chemical shall be issued by the department free of cost) including cleaning of pump house premises and new building premises properly.

(j) Repair Maintenance of Pumping set, starters, contact points and connecting cable and various valves by replacing gland / gland packing. (k) Maintenance / cleaning of raw water intake source in river, raw water intake pipe lines and Non return valve etc including repair of intake pipe lines and sluice valve, Non returning valve etc as required. (l) Maintenance / Cleaning of inlet source / sedimentation / Settling tank, sand filters by back washing regularly. (m) Maintaining of log sheets of pump DG set and record of chemical consumption on daily basis.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of water lifting pump houses at RMS connected pressure filtration plant regularly for 24 hours, three shift per day (8 hour per shift) i.e first shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs , second shift from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and third shift from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs of next day including sunday, holiday with one skilled pump operator (FGM) and two helpers at a time to operate the installation consisting of the following :- (a) Operation of pumping set 04 x 120 HP lifting water from clear water and filling of various tank in RMS. (b) Operation of pumping set 03 x 75 HP lifting water from clear water and filling of various tank in RMS. (c) Operation of pumping set 08 x 20 HP for water circulating through pressure filter alternatively as per requirement. (d) Operation of raw water intake source with connecting accessories. (e) Operation of raw water intake source / sedimentation / settling tank , sand filters of various capacities and different valves. (f) Operation of dosing pump for water treatment chemicals. (g) Maintenance / cleaning of all machineries, adding water treatment chemical as requirred (Chemical shall be issued by the department free of cost) including cleaning of pump house premises and new building premises properly.
