Note : The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the following :- (a) The flushing, caping, as required will be factory manufactured in required shape out of same material as of roof sheeting and fixed by means of self drilling screws. (b) The payment will be done on the actual finished/covered surface area of the sheet . No separate payment will be made for the lap of sheet and accessories, bolts, nuts, washers, adjustable bolts and other fixtures.

M & L for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.; conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality- B all as specified and as directed.

S & F for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering, 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without extra cement Note : Liquid Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 4 kg/sqm and minimum 4mm thick reinforced with polyester non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retrieved debris out side MD land including necessary scaffoldings etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 10 mm thick base coat and 5 mm thick finishing/final coat including WPC. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

All as per Item no 19 above but 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on internal wall surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) excluding WPC complete all as specified and directed

[ Note: Anti skid groove 3-4 to be provided in treads of step]

M&L for Black granite of any type stone work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade and including screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6, 20mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Repair & Rehabilitation works

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia, upto 100mm deep in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the engineer-in-charge in RC structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia. teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for min. 8 hrs before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Epoxy putty cost is to be included in the quoted rate. Drilling of hole shall be done by authorized applicator and the work shall be executed in the presence of the company representative.

Grouting injecting low viscosity high molecular weight thermoset polymer Monopol 250 H by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, including mixing material components part A and part B in required quantities as per manufacturer's instructions by weigh batching. Filling the grouting gun with monopol 250 H and maintaining desired pressure in the gun, air compressor and at exit (minimum 3 to 4 kg/sqcm) by a mechanism to monitor both pressure gauges and controlling the same by release valves and release the grout as per requirement simultaneously to grout the structural element through prefixed nozzles till its refusal. Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal. Note: Leakages through other nozzles or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

Providing and application of hitech concrete penetrating, water based, organic, Bi-polar, calcium nitrite free, migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface having pH 9.5 which migrates to a virtual extent of 100 mm inside concrete through pores, to inhibit the corrosion process on embedded steel at both anodic and cathodic ends by depassivating the electro-chemical reaction in that region thereby protecting rebar on all sides.

Cleaning the existing reinforcement with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. complete and providing, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer confirming to ASTMB-117, on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats.

Providing and application of full and unbroken coating of anticorrosive protective zinc rich epoxy coating on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 1 hours between each coat including mixing of both components by weight as per manufacturer's specifications, brush application, curing to form a anticorrosive protective coating with high mechanical strength to cementitious repair works, etc complete.

Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cementitious bond coat using cement 2.2 kg per square metre on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: SBR latex shall be paid for separately).

Supply only approved SBR Latex polymer. (Note: Rate shall be in terms of solid contents of polymer).

Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortar 30 mm thick in cement sand mortar in proportions of 1:3 (1 part cement and 3 parts quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as approved, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note : (i) Rate includes the rate of steel scaffolding. No separate payment shall be paid for scaffolding (ii) SBR latex will be measured and paid separately as supply only]

M&L for providing micro concrete (Molith MC) M-40 including lifts working platform scaffolding upto 20mtrs of bldg and applying jacketing around columns/beams with shuttering drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down shutter exc 1 Sqm & nexc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same position all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame (single rebated) size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogeneous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffener and fixed with 100 X 8 metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note - Door frame shall be waterproof, termite proof elegant and should have excellent screw holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.

S&F mixing valve concealed for 15mm dia tubing for shower rose including three joints to steel pipes or unions and plugging & screwing to valves all as specified & directed.

M & L fir applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for wooden surface including necessary preparation of old wooden surface of any description exc 10 cm width or girth all as specified as and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.5Km but nexc 5Km and deposited where directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Treating and finishing the sunken portion Bathroom/ lobby area exc 1.2 Sqm and n. exc 2sqm each by providing 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:3 with and including water proofing compound and applying two coats of bitumen 85/25 @1.25 kg/sqm, providing necessary connection items suitable for WC, providing lime concrete and 1mm thick multiplus plastifelt over 20mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5 mm grade crushed trap stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified.

M&L Green Marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (Table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing the white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade and including screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6, 15 mm thick.

Taking down existing aluminum window shutters/doors with frame n exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening after necessary repairs, cutting for refixing including cleats, handles etc excluding wire mesh/glass pane

External Electrification

Supply, Lay,testing & commission of XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric LT cable 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor 3.5 core, 25 sqmm cross sectional area including cable gland and cable lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth in hard/dense soil for laying & removing of cables of any sizes and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth in soft/ disintegrated rock for laying & removing of cables of any sizes and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of unwashed sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified. NOTE : Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, factory made, class LV, type 1, flat of size 250 X 150 X 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm GI tubing, light grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Electrification

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down U/S submain wiring Aluminium/ copper of any size/core/type including earth continuity conductor on teak wood or conduit and removing the materials/debris from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc. to match with the original existing finish all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing TPN DB/ LT Panel / Meter Box with 100 Amps MCCB of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing DB SPN 8/10/12 way of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cables of size 1.5 sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm standard for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade conduit not less then 20 mm dia concealed in wall/roof/floors including modular flush box 1.2mm thick and Modular inner and outer plate/frame and brass screws with cup washer all as directed and specified.
